Went with the Big N Littles

Got it painted last night, Nassau Blue Made it to where the Corvette air box would fit in with the radiator. Now onto the opinion portion Bigs? Littles? Bigs and Littles? I know there isnt a big difference, but in person there is. So opinions welcome.

If you'll have me, I would like to enter a 1958 Chevrolet Impala with a 2005 C6 Engine shoved in. Just to show little to no progress.

Nice looking builds going on here, I need to look through my kits to see if I have one that I can throw in on this. SO as soon as I find one, count me in!

Got an update, thought I would put it together for a few pictures. Just need to do the interior and add some exterior details and its done!!

I got this off ebay. Frontier resin designs. Honestly the exterior of the mold is good, its just thick in a lot of places. And I never thought to put it on the convert frame.

Had this idea when I was cutting up the donor for another build. And in paint. Comments and critiques welcome.

More progress

Been working on this for a while, but had to put it on the back burner because I ran out of paint. I have some now and it will find its way back to my bench. GOing to use this kit to build, or try to anyway. I have a feeling that I will be using everything but the wheels and tires and the body from this kit. And I will be adapting these wheels and tires. They are the Vantage wheels from Pegasus. Trying to adjust the ride height Like I said, I will be using a lot of parts from the kit and fitting them to the body. Had this sloppy mess as a tailgate to work with.

Started this for a build on another forum, thought I should post it here. I just seemed to realize that this color isn't the best for some of these decals. This is as far as I have gotten to date, an exercise got in the way of finishing it. Comments and critiques welcome.

Some of you may remember me and most of you may not know me, but I have been a member here for a long time, and just wanted to let everyone know that my time In Virginia Beach is coming to an end and my family and I will be starting a new adventure. One we weren't sure that we wanted to do, but we are going to Okinawa Japan within the next year or so. The closer we get to the rough date, the more research is done on what is exactly over there for us to do. I can honestly say that that there is excitement building for it. As for models go I have been plugging away on a few and I will be posting them up in a bit to show them off, so to speak. Stay tuned.

After being in a funk, joined a build off on another forum and I decided to build the gift I recieved from that forum's gift exchange. Got some what started. Frame almost painted, I think I need to get new paint. THis paint s starting to get gooey from not being used.

All good builds from the ones that I can see(government blocks photobucket), I, however haven't finished a single one this year. STarted a few, but haven't finished them.

As Jacen said, its all Marine done. The toys go to a warehouse then a few days before Christmas the parents come and pick them up.

Thats an awesome truck you got there. May I make a suggestion to try working with photobucket instead of attaching thumbnails?

Its that time again, time to give toys to the needy, although I have seen parents pull up in Cadillacs at the warehouse here to get toys, but I don't judge. If you would like more info, click the picture in my signature and it will take you to the TFT website. Remember this is for unopened toys, and those of you that like to give models, the plastic has to still be on them. They will throw them away. I was able to save all the ones from last year. Unopened, unused toys.
