  15. Thats actually a good idea. How long(inscale) is a flat bed? Depending on the price I would get 2 of the shortest ones to not make the driver's trip worthless. Even though they get paid regardless. Speaking of that, we were suppose to have a 20ft shelter delivered to us last week, when the truck got to our shipping section, no one was there. So it got sent back to Albany Ga. Now its on its way back. Nice payday for that trucker.
  16. Those are some really nice builds Lyle.
  17. I say model or diecast
  18. I believe he was speaking of you Harry, but only about the disclaimer I think.
  19. I guess it's too late to look at the fluffy bunny, huh?
  20. Ok guys, got a little bit more work done on this trailer getting it closer to the road. Ok I only did the table The table top is in 1/24 scale 5ft long and 3 ft wide. The legs are a little bit shorter than 3ft. Enjoy
  21. Planning on it. I think 1/24 scale would be the easiest I need to get some pins to insert though the top of the table to hold the legs on. I have a work table in my garage that I wouldnt mind duplicating in it.
  22. Also, could someone tell me what a foot would be in 1/24, 1/25 scale? I am planing on making a table out of some balsa plywood.
  23. Thanks for hijacking my thread guys. Just kidding, thanks for the shots of your trailer Bud. I have come to a realization that the car should come in over the spare tire compartment. So I will move the hooks up one more section. Thanks Raul, I learned how to do it from you guys. I credit everything I do detail and paint wise to you guys, But hey thats what this forum is about, learning and making friends.
  24. OK guys, as soon as I find my camera cable I will post up a little of the work I did on this thing. I will however explain what all I did. The side door hinges weren't going to work, not that I didn't like them, they just weren't going to work. So I tried my hand at hinging them. It doesn't open all the way but it works. I added some of the rings that are on Christmas ornaments that you put the hooks through to the floor for chains that I will be getting at a later date from Michaels. I put a handle on the spare tire compartment door. Makes it easier to open. Might do this to the two side doors. And some shots with a car on there to see if there will be any clearance issues. Man I need some display cases, that camaro was dusty when I took it down. Edit: Cable was right in ftont of me....
  25. Whew! For a second there I was thinking that how I built models in the 60's, then I remembered, I wasnt born yet!!! Just kidding you old farts. I like how all these models survived. Tell your dad he did a good job.
