Based on part of my local junkyard, its like 4x8 and way outta scale. All the vehicles are 1/25, all the terrain is clearly not that! Adding to it when I'm not building other models, Next I probably need to build that building out of something not cardboard!

Really? Well at least you know what a MAC Corp crusher is now! They sure are impressive machines, wait till you see an E-Z log baler! Its a pretty neat piece of equipment.
