  1. Finally started working on the frame last night. This is all I got done so far "thought I had more round tubing" Once I get more tubing in I'll be adding more frame work.
  2. That frame work looked pretty sweet! I spy a Louisiana inspection?
  3. Definitely would be a great little cruiser!
  4. 1/25 resin Nissan Hardbody build. This one was kept extremely simple and built as a curbside since I didn't have an interior or opening hood. Shaved everything and slapped some Caddy wheels on it. Has a nice back half with some bed floor work. I have another one of these trucks I'll get to building eventually and do more with it.
  5. Nice start! Can't wait to see it finished 🔥
  6. This was one of those fairly quick kind of builds. It has a Navigator front clip from a diecast, custom back half, shaved the handles, molded in the rear bumper and built a whole new bed floor. I rarely do flat black but this build on red steelies just felt like the obvious route to go with it.
  7. I decided to take a slightly different route with the bed trim. Instead of just essentially laying it on top of the body I made buckets to sink them into the body. I still have work to do with them fitting better. I also cut up a 66 "I think" Impala rear bumper and added that into the bed. Was waiting to finish the bed trim as it does affect how close to the body the wheels could be. now that I've gotten that finished up I can actually start fitting the wheels with a read end and bending frame rails.
  8. Thank you! There was a guy making resin square body s10 bodies. Not sure if he still is though. Used to see them listed on eBay all time couple of years ago
  9. Thank you! Really don't see a lot of under construction builds getting driven to shows these days like we used to see years ago!
  10. I haven't really thought about it honestly. but I may one day now that it's in my mind.
  11. This is my finished but not really finished 1993 GMC. It's purposely built to look like it's in the under construction phase still just to be a different from the fully finished looked. I gave the cab a two tone paint job and matched the interior with the bottom blue to make it look like it was originally a show truck possibly a slammed sport truck from the late 90's. Now it's sitting on a full stock floor fame with 24 inch billets! Shaved doors, replaced a messed up fender and repair some dents from over the years of driving! The tubing work on this one is the most radical thing as rest of the build is pretty basic.
  12. Work and other hobbies have kind of put a damper on progress. I did finally get the motor and finished chroming the wheels though!
  13. Decided to start on the bed floor for this one this evening. I'm not entirely sure yet if I'm going to keep it open, add a big piece of glass or just make the section that came out act a cover you can remove to see the frame work.
  14. Thank you! They add a great detail to paint. These were from a big arm sleeve so slightly huge on the truck but overall didn't come out bad either I think.
  15. Adding this style 50's Apache bed trim. Couldn't find anything out there similar so had one drawn up and printed.
