Actually, for Mac, it is special. I know, we are special. It has to do with the mic line in for the Mac. PC's are all the same, but Mac uses a single line in, whereas PC's have two lines in, like a stereo headphone plug. Same size, but different. make sense? With the Bluetooth, there is no wires or anything holding me back, baby! Yeah, me Skype name is ModelCarsMag :-)

This is the old Jo-Han Plymouth Police Wagon that I got from eBay years ago. Just pulled it of box of treasures. Don't know if I will go full detail with kind of spoils the fun

I was trying to get there, but right now, it don't look good. Unless you know someone who has some miles they can transfer :-)

They offer other services, which you can pay for, like computer to land line, etc, which is where they make money from But from puter to puter, it's free, and so cool I'm the world's biggest skeptic when it comes to free stuff, and eBay $$$, but I like this so far

I know it sounds like a nasty word, but if you use it, you know what I'm talking about. I just got introduced to it through a friend of mine who is in England. It's a free voice over Internet phone service, yes free! I was able to set mine up last night using my cell phone's bluetooth headset and this morning, I talked to him in England, live, for FREE!!!! You can do chat's, send files, and a lot more and it's FREE!!!!!!! So, go there, sign up, and maybe we can start a super cool Skype chat site thing. And it's FREE!!!!! I know, eBay bought them for 2.5 billion last year, but so what....

If the user is not active, there's no need to worry we go through each one, and if there is dirty sites on the profile, they get zapped. Plus, every suspect registration is sent through IP tools to find out where they are from. Most of them are from Europe, Asia, or other far away places I am going to be changing software soon, hopefully that will help

Gregg replied to m3m's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Go the section or thread you want to post pictures to Say, On The Workbench, start a new topic, a box will appear, post your message, under that box, there is a link that says to click here to upload images. This will make a pop up window appear that will let you load images to the web off of your computer. Pretty easy once you get it done once Let me know if any problems and welcome! -
I finally can put my two cents in :-) I wouldn't worry about color that you see on your computer. Unless you calibrate your monitor on a regular basis (I do it every three weeks), what you see is NOT going to be the same that someone else sees on their screen. Calibration and color correction on computers is science and art mixed together, with sometimes unpleasant results. I have spent many years learning what I can on this, and basically the adage is true: "What you see is not what you'll get" Heh, wait, I just made that up. My two cents.... anyone want change?

They closed PPIR? wow when was that? Why? Not making money probably My own P.S. I Googled PPIR. Should have done that first Interesting stories. The company that bought now has the track for sale now, but if you buy it, you can't hold any races on it. -
Darin, you are a party pooper I was looking for optical illusions I thought it was something in the cards, like a color shift You no fun........ party pooper hhhhuuummmmpppphhhhh.........

It wasn't a joke It was a double April Fools I had hoped (and I think it worked) that some people would think that it was too crazy to be real, but in fact it is real, and it works. It's no joke, it's more of a sratch-your-head kind of thing. -
It is going to be a Salt Flat car. Don't know if I will duplicate the famous one the body is patterened after, or make a MCM one. I like the latter idea Or maybe a So-Cal version, or ????? I finished the 300 Magnum wagon, entered it at the Mid-Atlantic NNL. I was pissed, nobody wanted to take a picture of it. Ruined my day.........
-
You mean I'd have to finish it? Unheard of!!!!

Just started this, again, I guess I should say just cut out doors, trunk, and front end. It's a resin piece from Perry's Will have a fully detailed flathead Oh yeah, it's 1/16 scale :-)
