Ya, the rubber skirt material you can buy for fishing lures. Looks great with a real rubber finish.

Welcome aboard! Revell makes an excellent 68 Dart kit that you can probably find parts for (after market) to convert to a 69. That's all I can tell ya, but rest assured you've come to the right place for help!
