  1. This is also my first picture post (fun to say 10x fast). Find some good pictures of French curves, and cut out. Find some material to cut curve into (I used a butter lid) And there are your curves! Once finished, sand down edges and start paintin'
  2. ( i got the wrong idea)
  3. i just read about this today! apply some water with a brush, then sprinkle, drop, pinch, or throw the salt. Apply your color coats over that. It sould look really bad and "chunky", like it was sitting at the bottom of the ocean. You should be able to scrape away the salt, which will chip away the paint which stuck to it. Now to get the picture, once logged in, go to "my controls" go to the "personal controls" tab. The last option should be something like persoanl picture or something. Click on that. You should be able to download a pic onto there and it will show up when you post. HTH, Zack

  13. guna bring back this topic... currently the belair, monster truck and the ferarri. after those are don, i will attempt to convert my pete 359 into a 351 and make it look like the duel truck. next. i have a resin hearse body and need the GB kit to finish it. then, id like a revell chopper, challenger, and do something w/ the GB body. Phew!!! lol
  14. THESE THINGS ARE GOING ANYWHERE FROM $50 TO $200! where can i get the body very cheap, or even... free?
  15. The cab will fit on the revell chassis, right?
  16. you think megiuars would work?

  18. btw, feel free to ask way on how to make your models more detailed. I gurantee you will get an answer.

  20. Thats gunna b a beaut! Have you considered sanding down the line in the middle of the bed? Or are you going for a "covered" look. I think i just might have to break down and buy onea these kits
  21. Good idea. Thanks
  22. THANK YOU! that is exaclty what i was looking for. I thought the truck was a 281. (ive heard 351 &281 are pretty much the same)
  23. I have the revell pete 359. I want it to look like the 351 (the needle nose) so it could be a Duel truck. What type of conversions will i have to make? Any specific measurements? Also, how did you guys weather the trucks (ive seen a few duel "reamakes" that looks great)
  24. awesome! thats my favorite car 2
