  1. I like the torqu thrust for wheels. You should (I'm not sure if this will make sence) black out the inner wheel. But don't use black paint , use more of a gray. But not too much gray. You know what I mean?
  2. Well, I saw it. To me, it was a dissappointment (it wasnt that great for $10!) I really liked the first , and this seemed almost like the caracters were bored. The plot was like most sequal car chases, a drug bust. I am a big FF fan, but this was a bit of a let down. If you didnt care for tokyo drift, I don't think you will like this one.
  3. Nice job! I'm thinking of making mine a forest green or metallic dark green.
  4. I haven't seen 2F in over four years, so I barely remember it. Can't wait to see it tonite.
  5. 2 Fast 2 Furious is a remake of The Fast and the Furious. Tokyo Drift is supposed to be before The Fast and The furious. Fast and Furious is a sequal (or prequal, if I spelled those right) to 2Fast 2Furious. I am going to see it tommorrow, so I'll tell you guys how I thought it was.
  6. I mainly want rust (it is a Duel truck). I actually found an idea that I will try that seemed pretty interesting and plausible. You put the piece in water ( or salt water) along with steel wool. You wait a while until the steel wool rusts. You apply the rust "paint" on to the piece. It's very fragile though, and takes a while. I think I will put the antenna into vinegar and then try the steel wool idea. I'll see how that goes.
  7. I think it does oxidize, but doesn't rust.
  8. I forgot about that! I also use it
  9. hmmm. I have to say model
  10. I don't remeber if i voted real or model. lol
  11. I have stacks for a truck. I need to "rust" them, and they are aluminum from an antenna. Do i rust steel wool and rub it on the antenna? Do i paint it rust colors? (This would be harder for me because of all the color combining) Do i put the antenna in salt water and paint the corrosion spots a rust color?] I really have no idea, and any input would be great.

  13. That looks sweet. Maybe I'll do the 359 i got soon. What was the pipe you used? (like what diameter)
  14. I am trying to get paint to match for a Duel truck. I am using a variety of base and top coats. For swatches, I use part of the trees from and model kits. Then, i put masking taep on the tree that labels what combo it is.
  15. DO thin and DO multiple coats. Thin to maybe the consistency of milk. You might also want to mask off the pulleys.
  16. Haven't seen him lately.
  17. I don't know about the model, but Steve is an excellent dealer. No complaints! I would def. buy from him again, great products, quality and service.
  18. I'm about 80% sure it's a black wheel. You could try typing "Bullitt chase scene" in on youtube, but I don't know how well quality will be.
  19. Sweet! Im guna have to try that asap!
  20. Ive heard OF you before but never seen your builds or posts.
  21. YES! cant wait to see the build. so are you guna eventually post your previous builds, or are they all show only?
  22. hey, happy birthday! thanks for the great mag. and site
  23. excellent hearse, man. did you only have 1 driveable hearse, or do u have/had more?
