  1. Well, the Burgundy Metallic was a little messed up, but I figured I'd stick with it, BUT, the clear messed up on me. So, since I gotta strip it I'm gonna go with a different color.
  2. I figure a little bleed through is ok since the base coat will be red anyway. I'm bout to go out and spray it and see.
  3. I've put 3 coats of primer on this thing so far and the Maroon is still bleeding through. I'm bout to call it a day and shoot the red over it anyway.
  4. None of the test shots I did with the Purple Metal Flake came out the way I thought (although they are some nice colors I may use on other builds). I decided to go with this. It's Burgundy Red Metallic over Fire Red.
  5. Based on everyone's opinion on his customer service I guess I won't be ordering from him. So that means if anyone has, or can get, one of his 94+ Ext. cab S-10 conversions PLEASE get ahold of me.
  6. I had intentions of ordering a couple of the Ext S-10 conversions from him, but if it's taking that long to get orders I guess I won't.
  7. X2, jambing the door is where I get confused.
  8. I guess Nick (Dukefan69') is pretty tight with Randy. See if he will get ahold of him for you.
  9. If you have a Walmart nearby, you can get a 4 piece collet set for your dremel. That should take care of your problem. The collets allow you to use many different attachments with different sized shafts (mandrels) or drill bits.
  10. Or on the side of the Ice Road with the hood open.
  11. I started messing around with the interior with a fine red Sharpie. Came out like a burgundy, so I thought I'd go with a Purple Metal Flake on the exterior. Hope to start painting tomorrow. Still gotta get some burgundy flocking for the floor.
  12. I like Lisa, she's funny, and like was said before, hot, in a trucker way.
  13. I'm toying with some colors right now. We'll see what'll look best.
  14. There is no engine, it's a curbside.
  15. Just something that looks good, but nothing too dark.
  16. No, show hauler. I got a few different builds I can put with it. Plan on building a LARGE display case for it and have a little dio set up.
  17. No, cuz the problem with you is, you don't like to paint, so it'd just sit for a few years.
  18. Starting another one. I want to keep this one as close to stock as possible. In time it will be pulling a Galaxie tri axle Gooseneck. I need some help deciding on paint, as the trailer will match it.
  19. Nope, it's actually molded from the AMT kit. A master was made with 2 kit cabs, chassis and interior bucket and then the mold was made and poored. Everything is/should be spot on to the kit.
  20. I don't think I've seen one here, but here's a tutorial from LIL. Opening doors and trunks and hinging.
  21. Well, the bed cover will be done towards the end of this month. When Eelco gets home from his vacation he'll get em printed up for me and in the mail.
  22. DONE..................Til the decals get here.
