I've done it without any problems.

They're seperate, but my LHS bought the kit with a collection and sealed the extras inside with the kit. The kit does however come with the same exact tree molded in black.

Got these today while in Ypsilanti. The Skyline came with some extras.

1) 78-79 Ford Thunderbird 2) 99-05 Pontiac Grand Am GT (coupe AND sedan) 3) ANY modern Diesel Dually Crew Cab pickup

Thanks guys. Todd, I totally agree with you, I've got a couple shelves full of these kits waiting to be built, LOVE em. There should've been a 4x4 option with them from the start.

The Sonoma and S-10 both come with the same 2 sets of wheels. The 5 stars are the stock S-10 Alloy wheels. The S-10 comes with those Sonoma wheels as well. The other things I've noticed is the truck pictured has the bench seat but it comes with buckets. The only one that came with the bench was the Xtreme. Also, the pictured truck is a longbed, which was not available in kit form.

A little interior work.

Test fit the engine today. Looks good. Also trying to figure out the interior.

Ended up using the complete EXT chassis. Wheelbase is dead on.

No flares, wouldn't even know where to begin with those. I'm doing enough mods for this one anyways. LOL

They're Aoshima S-Parts Volk 4. LONG discontinued. Got lucky and picked them up on Ebay for $8 shipped.

Alright, so what would everyone recommend? I've never used any kind of putty before, but think I may need to venture into it. What's the best to start with?

Ed is still in business, but he has been going through some hard times. I've had an outstanding order with him for about 2 months. We've been keeping in touch and things are looking up for him, but he's still running behind on things.

Hey Jared, those mirrors closely resemble the ones I used on my X-Cab S-10. They're from the Polar Lights/AMT 05 GTO.

Thanks guys. The hood is resin, they're on ebay all the time. I have 6 of them and 4 cowl hoods.

Here is my newest project. AMT 1990 Chevy Silverado Off Road. I scratch built a brush guard from brass rod, tube and sheet styrene. I'll be using the AMT Escalade EXT suspension and engine.

Here's mine. Glass corner desk. It's a little messy. Looking into getting an armoir so I can hide the mess. LOL
