  1. I like those black and red rims. Is there a website I can order those from?
  2. Thanks for the tips. The Aventador is next on my list. I've been on an import buying frenzy the last month or so.
  3. We have a bridge here that has taken out a few roofs over the years.
  4. This is my current one. And I switch between these.
  5. Contact Jim and Sherri at Jimnohio. They buy collections.
  6. This should help you out. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10188808 Looks like the engine is just a plate under the hood, similar to most diecast.
  7. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PEGASUS-HOBBIES-1095-CHROME-23-DISC-BRAKES-W-MOLDED-BRAKE-CALIPERS-4-/271155612189?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item3f22224a1d
  8. How big??? Pegasus has 19" and 23" Rotors. Scaledreams has the 19's in stock, if you send him an email he can probably get the 23's. http://stores.scaledreams.com/-strse-626/19%22-Chrome-Disc-Brakes/Detail.bok
  9. OH YEAH! I'll definitely be watching.
  10. Yes sir, that's the spelling.
  11. You're closer to Grand Rapids than I am. If you haven't yet you should check out Rider's Hobby Shop. Haven't been to that one yet, but when there was one here they had a HUGE selection. Also, if you ever make it to Ypsilanti, stop into the Model Cave. Great people and a nice selection of OOP kits as well as aftermarket and a LOT of Jap kits.
  12. Where in Michigan are you from, Frank?
  13. BTW, when using clear orange on gauges and the like, either BMF or paint with silver first, then use the sharpie over that.
  14. For clear orange, use an orange sharpie. That's ALL I use and works great.
  15. I want that Tamiya Wrangler and one of the Caravans.
  16. There is NO WAY that's a real car. LOL Power Wheels maybe.
  17. The full detail crew cab frame AND ext cab long bed frame were done in resin, But the ext cab short bed frame never was, kinda surprising too. Best way is to get the ext cab long bed frame from modelhaus and cut it up and use it with the 454ss/stepside frame.
  18. Got ONE of my grail kits today. I've been wanting a Koenig for a WHILE. Now if I can get my hands on the 1:16 for a decent price I'll be happy.
  19. Tamiya. I haven't used it much, but when I do it lays down smooth. My most used are Testors Lacquers, Duplicolor and Pactra.
  20. They're going on my 2000 Grand Am GT. Also, over the last month I've dropped a $750 Viper alarm/remote start into her.
  21. I'm not positive as I haven't had the kit in years, but I think the custom seats in the AMT 49 Mercury are like those.
  22. Nothing model related, but my new brakes for the 1:1 came in today.
