i have used regular lacquer thinner with it and it worked just fine, about 4 or 5 parts paint to one part thinner.

after building #11 donohue gt-350r, i did some research on mark donohue, and one thing led me to another, and this is one result. the #6 car which won the championship in 1969.

thanks for your comments, everybody. the hood hinges came with the amt '62 impala convertible #8209.they're pretty much interchangeable.

thanks,guys, nice to be aboard. most of my racing builds so far have been the early trans-am cars, ex: penske camaro & javelin, parnelli jones '70 mustang, sam posey challenger, and currently working on #42 swede savage aar cuda.

I am new to the site, so here is something I recently finished. Basically box stock, using poppy red paint from mcw, and a couple of modifications.
