  1. Yes, you learn to always keep your camera around. How many of us have not had it and found something we wanted to photograph, right? After a while you learn never to let that happen again. Which is why I switched to the iPhone, I figured I would always have my phone AND my camera.
  2. Ron, those are very atmospheric pictures, meaning they create a great mood. Excellent. Thanks for sharing them.
  3. James, another cool ride. It looks like you are on a great lowrider roll here. Keep 'em coming.
  4. Mark, can you send me the finished pictures of this one so that I can add them to the next UPDATE video. Thanks, and you did a fantastic job on the finish. I like it a lot. Best, DC
  5. Wonderful. Just right.
  6. That is so cool and perfect in that color. Great job. Thanks for sharing.
  7. Nice and cruddy, that engine is perfect in there.
  8. Mike, I had seen this picture before and really like it. There's so much to look at . . .

Yes, and that color is just right. Nice kit and great results.
  10. I love the avalanche warning sign. Very cool pictures . . . hope more folks will help keep the ROADSIDE eye candy coming.
  11. Clean wiring, looking good. Real good. Keep it going.
  12. Here's some of Mr. Yost's progress. See if you can guess what the tank is made from.
  13. You gonna need a large, large room that's for sure.
  14. Rob, I would suggest you keep all these. Box them up and put them away. I learned long ago never to sell or give my builds away. I'm not being judgemental here it's just that you have a great collection I believe should stick together.
  15. Carl, Welcome to the Forum, and I hope you will join up and build one of these. Have fun and then some more.
  16. Austin, I really like this idea and I think you'll get lots of interested builders. I agree with Jim about the time schedule. Also, is there any particular rationale for the list of possible kits to work from . . . could the list be expanded?
  17. Shane, believe it or not it was some sort of a bank, and it got refurbished this year, a great surprise that did not please me in the least. I did get a chance to walk into the old vault, but everything got reworked and repainted. It's just not the same. The other picture is of some sort of shipyard equipment. I have no idea what it is used for. Thanks. Oh and BTW, that 50 Ford truck is BEAUTIFUL. Someone should do it in exactly that color.
  18. Brad, last I heard it had won the "BEST IN SHOW" at the MAMA SHOW. I'm sure Ken is going to take this one around a few more places . . .
  19. Beautiful model, great color, and it's a keeper, all right. Congrats.
  20. A beauty indeed, and for some reason it reminds me of Speed Racer.
  21. Thanks, William . . . we pride ourselves here in the Lab-RAT-ory in STRANGE! Cheers, DC
  22. Jim, every time I see you here I get extremely happy knowing that you are now retired and you finally can build to your hearts content. It must be a great feeling. I, on the other hand, have about 10-12 years to go before I get there.
  23. Rob, you keep hitting homeruns. Man, you are not only talented and prolific, but your imagination is really good. You must have a nice collection of these by now. You are keeping GENERAL EYEGORE very happy!
  24. These pieces delight the heck out of me, Mark. Thank you.
