  1. Donn, thanks for the tip, and I think I will start trying some of this stuff out. I've never been a big fan of enamels, but maybe I can get better at them. Break out the dehydrator!
  2. Yes, I can feel it coming in the air at night, hold on, hold on . . .
  3. I really love this type of scratch-building! Keep it going, you are bound to end up with a very unique, and seldom seen subject and model. Congrats.
  4. Just trying to get into the spirit of FALL. Here are a couple of quick make-overs for Doctor Cranky. It was EYEGORE's idea, so you can complain to him. LOL! Didn't know Doctor Cranky had blue eyes! LOL!
  5. Donn, you quoted me but did not answer any of the questions. Did you mean not to? I would really love to hear your take on paint and colors.
  6. Not only am I impressed, but they've become the exclusive acrylics at the Lab-RAT-ory, and that includes all the Vallejo line of products too like the primers, washes, and mediums. Excellent results every time.
  7. I am honored and delighted you blame DOCTOR CRANK for this one! LOL!
  8. You are the purest definition of a STYRENE ADDICT! WOW!
  9. Beautiful pair. Love the colors.
  10. Sounds like a fun lineup! Take pictures and share them with us, please.
  11. Looking real good.
  12. I have a friend in the industry but I hate to keep bugging him for new colors, etc . . .
  13. I haven't tried them . . . But HOK has a rainbo mini flakes that's pretty close. Oh, and I also like DUPLICOLOR CLEAR F/X!
  14. I've always loved this vehicle. Nice job, buddy.
  15. I'm sure they will chime in shortly! LOL!
  16. Any late model 50s and 60s trucks that are not Ford or Chevy would be great.
  17. Can't wait to see more . . .
  18. Lucky, you Mark. And, Christian, I like the idea!
  19. Those model airplane hinges have potential, and I wonder how small they make them?
  20. I'm tired of looking at all my paints only to realize I am already bored with the color selection. Sometimes I mix my own colors, but where do you go for color (paint) inspiration? Are there particular paints that call out to you, colors? How do you keep from getting drab in your paint and color selections?
  21. Doctor Crankys says REAL.
