  1. Here we go, starting off with the 34 Ford and some modifications, including a radical chop! What's a Cranky build without going over the top, including lots of new bling from WARHAMMER "TOMB KINGS" delicious parts . . . This one crawled out of a pyramid ready to sting you in the . . . EYE? LOL! I don't drink, ask Harry, I am as sober as can be . . . then again, I am very high on STYRENE!
  2. All right, folks, I couldn't remember if I had shared the progress on this one with you before, but the time has come to get this one done. John's "El General" build really did a number on me, so I'm fully charged. The other thing that happened was that I had a dream that Doctor Cranky had started his own circus (hey, why not? Everyone seems to have one these days!) and I've wanted to build a new series of hot/rat rods that would be thematic in relation to some of my building interests, including Egypt, Steampunk, Tiki, etc . . . Of course, Harry P. was kind enough to give me a visual clue, which I will share with you: Thank you, Maestro Harry. So hold on to your hats and britches, ladies and gentlemen, this one might do me in! Of course, it also helps a build when the perfect name pops into your head!
  3. Thanks for bringing us this information, Michael.
  4. Donn just gave me a great tip on how to play around with pearls to create some wonderful effects . . .
  5. I built this one inspired by WATERMELON SLIM & THE WORKERS' "Devil's Cadillac" Part 1 Part 2
  6. You got Doctor Cranky's AND EYEGORE'S attention! Wow.
  7. I LOVE IT! What a great build, and diorama!
  8. Wow, what a bunch of great GTOs. Great job.
  9. Looks like you are definitely headed in the right direction!
  10. I love the quality of the pictures, and it's a heck of a nice model too!
  11. You fed us lots of eye candy with this build, and for that I am grateful (and EYEGORE has gone to several fire hydrants!). Thank you. It's a model to proudly display on your shelves. Congrats.
  12. Looking good, and I am looking forward to more great eye candy.
  13. Very clean build. I likes it.
  14. I wonder if you can post a few more pictures . . . thanks.
  15. Yes, I read through first, and then comment if I feel so moved.
  16. Welcome and I hope you will share some eye candy with us . . . pull up a chair and get ready to have your eyes pop out of your skull when you see some of the work these folks have been doing.
  17. I always thought the AMT kit was pretty good, and I wish I had picked up a few when they were on sale at Benjamin Arts & Crafts, which went under in our town.
  18. Those are very cool, and it goes to show that any new Chevy could never compare to the beauty of the old!
  19. Nice job, Adam. Thanks for the pictures.
  20. I keep coming back for more. Great progress. Please keep it going.
  21. Looking deeper into the kit, the usual fit issues, flash, etc are still evident, but nothing that will prevent this one from building into a nice model.
