Steven, I'm going with the stock suspension and ride hight that comes with the kit. The next one I might do some frame modifications to and lower all the way to the weeds. Thanks, Richard. The sun is out! Off to paint some more parts.

Mike, thanks for the kind words. The wash is from VALLEJO, although the AK-INTERACTIVE wash is also excellent. They both work very well.

To the untrained eye the model looks painted in black, but far from it. It's got over a dozen colors in it, and in person you'd see all the different tones and hues. Overkill? Perhaps, but I've started a new diet called getting-up-to-clean-the-airbrush and I think it's going to hel me shed some pounds. LOL. It's coming along, Billy, it's coming along:

A worn of warning about this kit. Do not assemble and glue the interior tub outside of the body. The kit parts are set up so that they literally snap into place, then you can glue in the seats and the dashboard. It's beginning to look like something: It's amazing how far a simple wash can take your wheels in particular to help knock off that freshly-painting look:

The crank shaft is from the Blue Printers parts pack, and I thought it came in a smaller version too, but I guess not.
