  1. Looking good. I love these kinds of road monsters. KUTGW.
  2. I love the way you used the decals under that hood. What can I say? EYEGORE loves it!
  3. Thank you for chiming in, Kostas. Delighted to hear from you.
  4. Monty, I know that in my collection I have several top volumes that have given me years of inspiration and pleasure: PAT COVERT'S NEW BOOK that brings together three previous volumes plus new materials published by MOTOR BOOKS. And the other volume (and this one is going to be harder for you to find) is KEN HAMILTON's book on building creative automotive dioramas.
  5. I used to have enough pennies to do my motorcycle at one time, but this is too much.
  6. Nice 48s. You don't see too many out there like these. Thank you.
  7. You did a great job with it, the color and the details. I like it.
  8. What a beautiful color. Welcome back and keep sharing your eye candy with us. Best, DC
  9. Here in the Lab-RAT-ory we use the following: PRIMER: EXCLUSIVELY PLASTIKOTE (in all its different colors) PAINTS: Testors, House of Kolor, Auto Air, Nail Polish Lacquers, Vallejo Model Air, AK-INTERACTIVE CLEARS: DuPont Spot Acrylic Clear and Testor's Enamel Clear

    Nice and clean. NICE!
  12. Uelder, can you check your mail box, please, I just sent you a message. Thank you.
  13. Thank you all, this is the kind of networking and useful information as more people from different countries come forward.
  14. Thanks, Erik. I hope some of the folks from Belgium will chime in.
  15. Jim, I love the way this looks. If you want to change the coloration on the frame, you can probably do so by sponging ever so slightly a lighter color. I think this build is coming along really well.
  16. He must have had a blast building models for all those movies. He knows what he is talking about.
  17. Ah, this was a lot of fun and refreshing to watch: Hope you enjoy it.
  18. Beautiful trio. Wonderful.
  19. Oh, and wait, how about using it to wire engines. How cool would that be? Run fuel lines. I wonder if you can change the color of the plastic that comes in the pen.
  20. Bill, that's a great find. I think this is going to revolutionize how we do interiors, headliners, fill in seams and gaps on chopped models. This definitely has great potential.
  21. I know I will be using those bumpers.
  22. Wow, looking beautiful in black. Great lathe work.
  23. Gaurav, that's sad and true, but I think it's the attitude of millions of people all over the world. As a hobby, few see its beauty. Everyone is caught up in working all the time. Nobody has the time, etc . . . It's good to know that excellent builders like you are leading the charge though. I am sure others will see the beauty of it and join in.
