Having to function with minimal sleep, 5:50am to 7:15am was all I was able to get thanks to my dementia riddled dad. He was a basket case last night with confusion like I've never seen in him before. Very uncooperative and almost combative at times.
Prayers for you Mike. You have your hands full. Visiting Angels are not bad here. If you can afford it for your sanity.
My father only had a stroke and he was bad enough. When watching him he would make noise like a toddler when walking or qhat ever he was doing. Leave the room and just like a toddler he would zip like greased lightning down the basement steps to put wood in the wood stove. Keep in your head the house had a basement dug after the house was built in the 1800's. The steps were steep not standard size and rather short for your feet. Most adults refuses ro go up and down them.

Two thermostats... two A/C systems also. I had it all checked out before I moved in, ducts cleaned, etc. May need more insulation in places. The house is unusual, it is a 1950s vintage 1500 sq ft ranch that had a 1800 sq ft addition added in the 1990s by the previous owner. So the original part has it's own HVAC and the addition has it's own.
I would guess that the original heat was no better before the addition was put on. Some times the size of the ducts are not correct is what one person said to me about uneven heat or cooling.

Going faster uses more power the faster you go. Gas or electric makes no difference right?
So how are they going to get 200 to 300 miles on a charge or set of batteries for a 500 mile race? That is what does not add up to me. I have. Few ideas of how they would cange a pack swimming in my head, just don't think it would be like a 9 volt connection.

Being that I believe NASCAR chased away a large percetage of the original fans with the chase I think they are just about to jump the shark. They are on life support looking for new fans, to empty thier pockets.

Some good ideas here to stop the product waste. Paint, glue or anything liquid.
What is the bigger loss?
The wasted glue / product?
The ruined kit parts?
The ruined dining room table and the harassment that follows.

It is what is in, just like every other era. Not like the 50s will every be back in paint schemes. Younger drivers don't care that much for the look at me paint on their car, they do that with tattoos on themselves.

So we now need a black market for glue on the hobby? This is getting like the 70s and the blue tube glue.

I think the sparmax is made for an airbrush.

The small orange pill bottles might work. The smallest they ever give out. As mentioned just cap with styrene.
Maybe roll some thin plastic around a roll of penniess or dimes and glue the seem.

Marmon-Herrington is the name.

I may have butched the company name of the 4x4 conversion.

That looks like a Marmon Harrington 4 wheel drive conveesion on thay truck. I dont know of anyone that made the wheels in resin in Recent years. Chuck Most would likely know if they were made. The tires I have seen from Scenes Unlimited in the past.

My tree is to old to produce many nuts anymore. There yard is loaded because they jave 2 large oak trees also.

Great project Jeff. The 63-65 buicks are hands down the best looking cars from GM.

I am not married but i do have to stop buying new kits. Aftermarket stuff is different. ( lol) Hobbies all take money and time. This is what my Aunt did. Start watching the crime shows. When she asks why, just tell her you want to learn from others mistakes. It got my uncle to listen to his wife better. He still wonders if she is joking. But she does put up with a lot if his shenanigans.
