  1. Moving in a new, to me. direction and need some wide whites for builds I'm planning. "32 full fendered sedan as an example. Thanks for any help.
  2. Typical of the majority of my builds this is a curbside, thus no under hood or chassis detail. I like to display them as they would be on the street and after years of picking up or catching flying hoods, this works best for me..
  3. Finished this earlier today. All comments and suggestions are appreciated.
  4. Hey guys, first one finished in almost two years. I have really been in a slump. Pardon the quality of the pics, I was in quite a hurry. Hope to take more tomorrow and repost. Thanks for looking....
  5. I have discovered that Pactra RC 95 Lacqer Thinner for their Racing Finishes line works very well for reducing HOK paints and then I clean up with regular lacquer thinner. I hope this helps.
  6. Hey zebm1, I don't mean to pick nits, but thumbs up meant the defeated gladiator lived to fight another day, thumbs down meant he didn't put up a good fight, slay him. Just wanted to straighten that out.
  7. I agree with Wildrice. Priming before using the craft paint greatly improves the coverage. I use craft paints quite often on my interiors as there is a much wider selection of colors.
  8. I hope you all enjoy. This is a Jaymar fiberglass piece and has been one the worst pieces I ever had to work on to make presentable. Please pardon the pic quality, I'm still learning. Color is Metalspecks Orange and the grill will be stripped and painted body color with BMF surround. Wheels may be changed to Pegasus five spokes.
