  2. i chopped out the fuel tank when i started this build, i hate that molded in look.........so now its a seperate piece! i made a new filler neck from alum tubing and watch parts.... cheers bryan

  4. that whole "pits are bad dogs" thing is BS!! it all depends on how you raise them, my buddy Vince has 2 pits, and "shadow" is my buddy, she loves me to death......she is such a sweet dog, when i go over there she gets up on the couch with me. and when we fight, and she knows not to bite hard, shes alot of fun! shes a big baby!........ now if you would come in the house in a threating manner, she would rip your face off! shes very protective..... bryan
  5. well, i totally screwed up the hinge for the right door..........gotta make a new one now! grrr! i told ya i was terrible at makin hinges...........LOL bryan
  6. dont worry about hijackin Corey, youre not hijackin anything..... thats mesed up that the guy didnt come back!! what a stinkin piece of @#$& !!!! he needs a good smack upside the head! im glad she gets a round good without the leg, i was watchin tv late last night, and there was a dog that was missing both rear legs! she got around just fine too, ran around the park with the other dogs, and you couldnt even tell..........it was weird to see it, but it was a cool dog! bryan
  7. ha! very cool names Corey! how did he lose his leg? ill bet he gets around just fine though, my buddy had a 3 legged dog, and you couldnt even tell. yea im not big on cats, but winston is pretty cool.......hes really mellow, except when he attacks your leg! cheers bryan
  8. yea Bill, i have to agree with john, MCM should do an article on this engine! one question for ya, how did you do those welds? ive been making welds from really thin plastic rod, and just touching it with a soldering iron. yours look way better than any weld i have ever done.....what are you using buddy? thanks in advance! cheers bryan

  10. thanks corey. yea hes a pretty good cat, im not really a cat person, but i cant have a dog here. he likes to attack your leg when you walk by, but thats about it.......well he likes to chew on the parts trees, thats why he was diggin in the box! LOL more to come bryan

  13. uh-oh...........we now have a driver! i did this skeleton a while back, its from the rommels rod kit. i modified the hat, and the position he was in.........ill have to move his left arm down a biut, but i think he will fit! cheers bryan

  16. i bought that stuff because i have tried numerous times to make one using kens tutorial, and i dont know what im doing wrong, but they never look right when i make them like that! ha! so i saw this and thought........oh man, i gotta try it out.. i did one and put it in "rata verde" gimme a minute and ill shoot a pic n post it.... cheers bryan

  19. of course mine is wearing different valve covers, and has a different air filter..... that intake set up fits on a lot of engines tho. its what i plan on puttin in my 59 caddy if i ever get back to it! keep it goin, lookin good so far bryan
  20. nice engine choice... how about the engine from the monte carlo ss kit it has a nice fuel injection set up too........ here it is in my 55 chevy 4x4 cheers bryan
  21. thanks Ray! im not goin to nuts with it.....im hoping to finish it in a decent amount of time.....not gonna go to crazy with added on detail...... ill do plug wires, and fuel lines, but no brake lines and stuff......maybe! LOL cheers bryan
