a ross gibson street hemi is goin in it..... ....but i am kinda stalled here now, i got all the body parts out, getting ready to shoot the body with the first color coat, and cannot find the front lower valance panel!!!!!! grrrr! i gotta keep lookin, i hate to buy another one just for the panel, i gotta find it.... stay tuned, i might not be painting tonight, or at least until i find this valance panel! cheers bryan

thank you! yea i had to give him a little tribute, i remember as a little kid watchin him build models, and eventually he finally brought one home for me to build, i think i might have been 7 years old. when he got sick, i tried to get him back into it with me, i set a table up for us to work together, but he was just to sick to do it. so he just watched me build for a while.... thanks!! cheers bryan

ive been tryin to post some of my older builds here for you guys to check out and heres a couple 32 fords i did back in `06 ... this first one is pretty rotten, it was the 2nd time i ever did rust work on a model.... its not my best work, but it was a starting point i`m most proud of the rotten floor pan i did ion the trunk.......i really like the way it looks. and how about a big nasty, seriously junky patch panel on the quarter? even though its not a 32, its sitting on a 32 ford frame..... LOL this one is called "Rocinante" (Don quixote`s broken down old horse) its a 41 chevy cab, on a 32 ford frame with a chrysler hemi! talk about frankenstien! i opened the doors, and added a bunch of other stuff to it.......like the rag for a gas cap! i made a fuel tank out of a beer keg, and found this decal in my stash! i had to put it on there........ more to come guys, thanks for lookin. hope you enjoy the pics! cheers bryan

oh man! no doubt, they were gas guzzlers! and my delta 88 had to have a 20 gallon tank on it!...... speakin of.....i stopped and looked at a 55 ford today, and im thinkin about buyin it. he wants like 5 grand for it, but it is pretty nice lookin, 2 tone blue with steel wheels, hardly any rust on it. ill use it for my daily driver! LOL everyone thinks im nuts, but work is only like 3 miles from home, and i really dont go anywhere else.........im not sure about it yet...but that all hinges on when my attourney settles my claim with the insurance company! ive been waitin forever and a day already.... anyways, i am babbling. cheers bryan
-
ok guys, i finally picked a color for this build! actually 2 colors.........its gonna be metallic black on top, and silver on the bottom. with a very thin red stripe seperating the two colors! yea, im goin two tone! LOL im hoping to shoot the silver tonight, when the temperature cools down a bit, its a little warm and humid right now to shoot paint. when the humidity is too high it makes basecoat cloudy..........stay tuned, im hopin to shoot it in an hour or so! thanks for all the great comments guys stay tuned bryan

GRRRR!! ill post a link to the pics when i can gety back in there once again cranky gets all the credit for the paintjob, i did the interior n chassis, but it doesnt have an engine, there is a 9 volt battery in there now, that powers the headlights..........and they light up green!! thanks for lookin! bryan
