  1. Hi Guys, 2nd Ferrari is finished of the series, the Fujimi 550 Maranello out of the box. I added PE parts, carpet and seatbelts and replaced the rims with those from the 575M kit. Here come the pics, thanks for your attention!
  2. Hi Guys, let me introduce the 1st of a multi-piece Ferrari series from me I just finished: the Fujimi Koenig Testarossa. Mostly box stock except for some minor details like Ferrari badges instead of those Koenig ones, seatbelts, new sideview mirrors and replaced rims and black grille on the rear end. Unfortunately I had paint problems so I had to repaint it twice, so it is not perfect but finished after all. Here come the pics, thanks for your attention, comments are welcome:
  3. Interesting color combo but you know what? I like it at the end, cool! The lower part of both the front and rear bumper just like the sideskirts are supposed to be black though I guess, but very nice job overall!
  4. Very nice job so far, I like your attention to details, this is gonna be a fantastic Bullitt!
  5. Very nice job so far, I like your way of adjusting the ride height, good job!
  6. Very nice livery on this S15, good job! Still the slight orange peel on the hood screams for some polishing to be a perfect build!!! :-)
  7. Very nice job, I like it in blue, looks extremely cool! To join the red --> <-- no red Ferrari theme, I planned to build my Koenig Testarossa gunship grey with black/red interior. After I painted the body I didn't really like it that much as I though before. I don't know why it was not the right color for me. You know I guess if I was rich enough to buy a model of my favourite dream car (whatever model it is), it would be red. So the Koenig Testarossa body is in the sink now to get rid of the paint as I'm repainting it red. You know I think we even change our mind during one build, this is how it works...
  8. Nice build, looks hot in yellow. Still I miss the Ferrari badges on both sides, also the turning signals...
  9. Ver nice build, it looks way too cool in black, the Kranze rims are just perfect! I also built mine stock, I used some leftover doorhandles from a S600 Benz and converted the doors to normal instead of the gullwings...
  10. Superb clean job, the color is fantastic!
  11. FANTASTIC BUILD!!!
  12. Thanks!
  13. Thanks! These are the Aoshima Varianza F2S rims+tires.
  14. Thank you guys! midnightprowler: sorry to say but I don't exactly know, but I can find the color code for you! vizio93: you definitely have to adjust ride height in case of replacing the stock rims of this kit otherwise the kit looks like a 4WD!
  15. Hi Guys, The last of the planned Mustang series is just finished: the Revell GT500 KR. Built out of the box except for replacing the stock rims. Painted with DupliColor automotive paint, I used the black racing stripes from the box and added a thin white one between the two just to do something unique. Interior is far from the original as it was painted black/yellow just for fun. Here are the pics: And finally here is a family portrait: From left to right:Shelby GT500 KR, Bullit, 2006 GT, Convertible, Shelby GT500 Jada, Shelby GT500 Revell és a Shelby GT-H The workers of the Mustang assembly line are heading to the Ferrari factory from today to build about 20 of them :-) Thanks for watching, C&C are welcome!
  16. You hooked on this Koenig-theme, eh?! Looks to be a good project! The white body with black/brownbeige interior sounds good, I would definitely paint the roof body color also! Good luck!
  17. Wow, it looks fabulous to me! Superb work, congrats!
  18. I'm glad you made it Dude, it turned out really great at the end, the shine is flawless! One more for your insistence! Mine is also on the way, Ferrari red and clear is on the body, now it needs 2-3 days to cure, the rest will follow afterwards!
  19. Don't be afraid to start painting other kits, practice makes perfect! It was very hard to me to learn not to rush things to have more and more built model on my shelves. Sometimes I think building models is about HAVING those 'cars' in my 1:24 life. But still it is better to build slower and better than to think about building it again as it didn't really succeed. So what I suggest is to find some spare or old bodies and try painting more and more without the frustration. Try what's best four you: what distance, speed is right for you during the painting, more thin layers vs. few heavier, clearing or just polishing without clear, whatever you want, take your time. Remember, practice makes perfect!
  20. Professional work so far, and very good attention to details!
  21. Thank you! I ordered this set of rims from overseas, so you can try some online shop from the united states if they serve your country and you feel comfortable with ordering online!
  22. Beautiful build, congrats!
  23. Wow, it looks your painting skills are just perfect!
  24. Nice progress mate! The color is cool and the shine is nice!
  25. Good choice of body color, looks very cool! As for the rims, good luck with them, I think replacing the stock ones with some Pegasus rims is definitely worth it. Here's my GT-H with the same rims like above:
