That is the same car, after I sold it to a great guy in Katy, Texas. I sold the car to him in 1979. The picture I posted was taken in 1974, in front of my house in Melbourne, Florida.

The blue one almost looks like the Edsel I used to own, Horizon Buue and Show White. Both are very nice.

I actually thought that myself. I am working on another original annual, a 66 Mustang that is going to be Emberglow. Putting the two colors side by side, the Emberglow is just a shade lighter with a little more metalic in it. Without them side by side, you really can not tell the difference.

This 62 Ford Galaxie 500 is an original issue, AMT annual kit. It's painted in 1962 Ford Chestnut, from Scalefinishes.com.

I started with an original issue AMT annual kit. It was a parts car for another 62 I had. Since it is a non SS, I went with a resin cast 6 cylinder engine, and small hubcaps.
