Everything is looking good so far. I think this kit will do great. If it does do good, you know Moebius will build another truck model and another and so one. So this could be the start to great things. I cant wait. I would love to get my hands on a mack made with new tooling!

that kit is more or less a snap kit, but you can make some cool stuff out of it. I have put one of those kits together. the tires that came with it were very bad. the truck in the picture looks like a 379. you might want to get a 379 model off of ebay and use it. Ive never slammed one before but I think you could do it. take your time and let us know how it turns out.

I heard the transtar 4300 was going to be a short print. Does anybody know if thats true? Just wondering how much time I have before its gone again. I like getting the reissues becasue you can afford to build them and I can keep my originals put up safe and sound.

Hey guys, Does anybody know where I can get some 1/25 scale DOT pinstripe? ive seen some of the yellow and black so I thought somebody would make the DOT too? I did some surfing and came up empty. Thanks

Thanks for all the nice words guys. These road tractors are alot different than the pickups i used to build back in the day. I had alot of fun building this one and I think I will stay with the big trucks from here on out. Thank you guys for getting me back into the models.

So a few months ago i found this website while I was just messing around on the web. I got to looking at the work you guys do and it is awsome. It made me remember how much fun I used to have building models. So I am getting back into again. Since the nearest hobby shop is an hour away, it took some time to find a kit. I ended up getting the Pete snap kit and just put it together pretty basic. Now im ready for the winter...my favorite time to build. Hope you all like the pics.

I gotta go with real on this one. just doesnt say model to me.

in alot of the shows you can see a clear shot of the grill. some of the time it will have the r/t in the grill, which means big block. story line was based on 440, but they claim they smashed up alot of small block cars since there was alot of them around. i know way too much about DOH.

is the super clean in a purple jug? or is that something else im thinking of?
