  6. Got the best gift of all $50 from shoveling 2 driveways, 1 old customer been doing hers for years and her next door neighbour hired me today.
  7. Dennis is great he's where I get my kits and glue, and BMF and Some resin stuff, and well decal paper The rest I get at my local Hobby shop, he's got a great selelction and prices just doesn't have a huge selection like Dennis. Nick

  10. Careful there Rob. Watched the trailer don't know why I bothered, was truly terrible, and that's why I don't go to see new movies, I'll stick to the classics.
  11. That's down right amazing,I have a question though, how did you do the rollers for the doors? I bet those would be cool for a Barn find dio I'd like to build. Nick.
  12. That's what I've been doing, only thing I noticed is you need to keep an eye on it if you leave it in there too long(more than a week) the plastic gets gushy.
  13. I usually assemble all the part that are to be theengine color then paint it, sometimes prime and spray it but most of the time I prime and brush it. This one I sprayed with primer then brushed.
  14. Thanks, still lots to do though, those parts need cleaned up and finished like the actual wheel lift.
  15. Well I'm pleased with myself, after 4 hours I have a working 1/25th scale wheel lift with hydraulics. and I started finishing the bed, I managed to frame and start the left tool box, and I added the rear tail pan. I have some red light lenses that'll fit in there.

  17. Wow Thanks Harry, that well...........means quite a bit..........where's the tissue(Kidding)................but it does mean a lot to hear a builder like you say that. Thanks Tom, I appreciate the very kind words, You didn't send me this one although I've got one on the bench you did, guess I need to post it here huh.....as my late grandfather would say "I'll get around to it" .
  18. did the decals, and the side trim today also finished and cleaned up the wheel lift but didn't take pics of it.

  20. Well hopefully this week or next weekend you will be able to see them on the truck.
