  1. For the Revell sponserships in the 70's : Ed McCulloch's (also the Whipple& McCulloch's) Revellution Dodge Demon & Dart Sport, Gene Snow's Snowman Chevy Vega & Monza, Roland Leong's Hawaiian Dodge Chargers, Don Schumachers Super Shoe Chevy Vega, Jungle Jims Chevy Vega & Monza, Ken Veney's Vega (I believe this is the only BB/FC (alcohol) car Revell sponsered), in T/F : Tony Nancy's The Loner FE & his RE, Jeb Allen's Praying Mantis RE cars (Blue& Red), Keeling & Clayton's California Charger's FE & RE (also their Ford Pinto & Mustang, Pontiac Firebird F/C's). Recently they released a model of the Bebee&Mullagian FE Fighting Irish Dragster but I don't believe Revell ever sponsered the car in the 70's.Also just remembered (how could I forget!)Wild Willie Borch's Wild Man Chevy powered Dodge Charger F/C. Right now I have Jungle Jims Vega, 3 of the Aces Revellution's (the red car)& the original Whipple&McCulloch Revellution (blue car) sitting unbuilt in my room. All great models.
  2. The wing looks alot better, I think the reason it looks so big is because of how short the back half of the car is (from behind the rear tire).
  3. Great build!, Fred Hurst's 'cuda's were always my favorite gassers.
  4. The cars look great!, the Keeling & Clayton dragsters (+their Pinto & Firebird Funnies)were always beautiful cars, your models look great. One dragster I think matches the K&C cars was Jeb Allens 1st Praying Mantis (before his sponsership with Revell), I found a old issue of Drag Racing USA that has some great pics of Jeb's car featured in it, the paint job was similar to the K&C cars.
  5. Looking good!, like the paint.
  6. The original front-engined Dunn & Reath 'cuda f/c was put out by MPC, it was a '72 'cuda body that came with a grille cover & a set of '71 'cuda grille decals, the back of the car still had the '72 round tailights. The chasiss to the Monogram Snake & Mongoose cars(1970)while not correct is one of the easiest to convert to rear-engined.
  7. Wayne, the car looks FANTASTIC!. I have a Chevy Nova that I put together awhile ago but never liked the way it turned out, sat to high for my liking, after checking out this build I decided to go at it again, this time I'm gonna try building my own chasiss for it, see if I can get it to sit lower, I've got the body, engine, tires & wheels for it, just been going over different websites to find the rest of the parts. Thanks for the inspiration!
  8. The mustang looks good, like the color. I see you are from Holiday, use to live in Hudson(for 34 yrs), moved here to Tucson in Feb 2007, get away from the hurricanes & humidty. I think you will like the site, very informative, lots of know-how on this site. Welcome!
  9. I know what it's like, my kitten destroyed the chasiss's I had built for my version of Don Nicolson's Eliminator '69 Cougar & my version of Dick "Mr. Chevrolet" Harrell's '69 Fred Gibb Camaro, not to mention tore up the wing for my "Ghost Whisperer" '09 Dodge Charger.
  10. My apologies, I just checked out Flashpoints, and low & behold, THEY do make a 1/16th Willys Pro-Mod, Ir had been a little while since I checked their website, that caddy pro-mod looks cool too.
  11. Was just wondering about the scale(1/16), I've bought the '41 Willys body from Flashpoint also, and it's in 1/25th scale, on checking out the website, I don't see a 1/16th scale '41 Willys?, on the other side, I do like what you've done so far!, looking good! And to W-409,my body looks great.
  12. The picture of Don Prudhommes White Snake is NOT the 1971, it's the early '72. The "71 has dual headlights.
