Hello Dave, Thanks you for your kind words. I really like the traditional 359 sort hood and I want to have a custom work horse look as a result, thats for the so extended frame. Sometimes when I am looking my pictures, I think that if I add some chains to be resting under the headache rack it will look like an ICE ROAD TRUCK LOL. About REVELL AG and other makes of kits, as we all know they produse toyz and I believe that they don't care inough about what we modelers want/need. Thats why all these years there are not new truck kits to the market. Also don't forget about licence and trademarks of manufacturers. Nowdays ITALERI seems that they have change their minds about us and they organized their site. I hope to see soon a new truck kit from them. Also Moebius throw a very big rock in the water by produsing the VERY WELCOMED LONESTAR!!! Kostas.

Mark, All these black parts (front bumper, gril, fuel tanks, stacks,) were chrome plated but the chrome was damaged and I decided to remove the chrome and when I will get ready for, I will use alcad chrome to paint them including the toolboxes, the headache rack, the quarter feeders and the rear bumper. What a nice build!!! This is the legent of European higheways in the 70s and early 80s. Still some of them are still in operation here in Greece LOL. It is realy funny to see this truck powered by a v8 340hp engine, fully loaded running the highway, to be overtaken by a brand new SCANIA powered by a v8 730hp engine LOL!!! These things can only take place in Greece LOL LOL!! 40 years of SCANIA V8 engines!!! Kostas.

Hello Guys, To long time since the last update but, since March 17th when my whife gave birth to our first child, I lost all my free time. Ok, not all my free time, so I try to manage my time and dedicate just 2 or 3 hours per week for modeling. Back to the reborn, I rebuild the rear axles the plan is to have 4 toolboxes and because I wanted to be all the same I diceded to schrach them so here is the kit toolbox and here is mine a kind of custom I also decided that I don't like the fake gril screen of the kit so removed it and I will use a custom mess More to come...

Hello @ all, With all these resin goodies and the re-release of the Freightliner FLC from ITALERI it would be nice to see again the condo sleeper roof coming out. Please corect me, but I think (looking the kit preview @ ITALERI official site) that the kit conteins a 36'', the well known from the PETERBILT 378 #746 KIT bunk and not the 60'' low roof like the original issue!!! Anyway I am going to hit some Freightliners for me so any resin goodies will be welcome!! Kostas.

Get back to this and finish it asap!!! I have the same kit, but I don't touch it till I see it completed by another modeler. I have also the PETE 387 and I wish I could buy also the coronado kit that Kuen use to offer. This is a very interesting kit/build so go on!! I am wacthing! Kostas.
