  1. You can almost imagine the guys bantering back-and-forth. Seems like I always see figures in dioramas with an odd sheen on them, but these are very realistic - GREAT JOB!
  2. Sorta looks like that Belvedere they pulled out of that underground vault in Oklahoma City a few years back...nice job!
  3. That paint is Fan-FREAKING-Tastic!
  4. Looks like the driver was just going to practice his short game...
  5. That is SPOT ON my friend! Great attention to detail!!!
  6. The Grape Sled looks quite yummy! Nice job!
  7. Durango Copper Pearl paint with wooden slats for the bed floor. Chrome the wheels that came with the kit...just a suggestion.
  8. Nice use of Curly...nyuk nyuk nyuk!
  9. LOVE the black treatment you gave to the area around the side doors...very cool!
  10. A little odd, but well executed!
  11. I'm almost 100% sure that was the same kit I had back in like '82. I couldn't build it because the frame had a twist in it and I didn't have the skills or knowledge to straighten it out. Good luck in your build!
  12. It's a delivery car for an art store!!! Or Sherwin Williams!! Good job by the Mrs!!!
  13. Love the "smiley face" on the fridge! If the van's a-rockin, don't bother knockin!!
  14. Clean as a Pin! Excellent!!!
  15. That is MEGA-MEGA SWEET!!! Great Work!
  16. Tom, It's great that you have the patience to show your daughter the ins and outs of modeling. You deserve as much credit as she does. God bless you both!
  17. Maybe go with a satin-finish clear coat...flat black might be too dull. Or use the flat black and smooth out the finish a bit with some very fine sandpaper or a cloth to kinda weather it as well.
  18. That finish is GORGEOUS! What type of paint did you use (airbrush, rattle can)? Clear coat as well??
  19. Wait...the rig's not a hybrid...oh no....and where are the solar panels???? Lord Have Mercy!!! LOL
  20. Well...mine was a 1983 Pontiac 1000 (basically a Chevette with more black trim). Light Blue metallic with no A/C and only an AM/FM radio. I painted the steel wheels black and had stainless steel trim rings. Though I was over 6 foot tall then, I sat fairly comfortably. I still didn't mind driving it for the 2 & a half years that I owned it...she served me well. Surprisingly good in snow too!
  21. I think another term for that grille is "COW CATCHER"!! Good work!
