  1. Looks good, you did a good job turning a Monte into an Olds (my guess)
  2. Nice looking group, I like that Vette. I notice you have an extra engine laying around
  3. Looking good, the color really makes that truck stand out.
  4. Justin they all look good, you made a good choice starting with the Ferarri, how about one of the bikes next
  5. Nice model,I really dig the blue. And of course you can't go wrong with the subject I did a estimate at a Ford dealer Monday and there was a black/gray GT 500 on the showroom floor I drooled all over.
  6. Overall it is a friendly fun place to browse and interact. I stay straight and let all the sideways stuff go by. Nick this is pretty sweet. Is this resin or a kit?
  7. I went stock. I've done the Caddie kit donked, as it didn't have the necessary parts to go stock.
  8. Looks good,I just did mine in an attempt to get motivated. It helped,I've been down there the last couple nights getting a wee bit accomplished.
  9. Harry I like your style BBK is cool or Steeda would be my recommendation. And I'm with Gramps,an exhaust is the best bolt on available. Borla,Steeda,Pypes,Magnaflow, you can't go wrong. It's whatever sound your after. Then some headers...
  10. Sounds like some wild colors, going to have to check tCP out again. I'm assuming these are House of Kolors?
  11. No hobby room in there? That 75 grand is like a million today.
  12. I can relate,I've been modeling just about a year and I have roughly 150 kits, not to mention all the paints, glues, tools and assesories. The crazy thing is I'm at the point where I'm second guessing this hobby and can't help to think what I couldve done with the money I spent on building.
  13. So,are we leaning towards fact now? If so that's a shame for all the employees, our hobby and so on.
  14. Hot chick in skirt + glass car= accidents!
  15. Chuck their looking good,surprised there isn't a plethora of 429's.Well I'll work on next year,God willing.
  16. Kevin you have some cool cars to start with! From what I gather model building has come a long way as far as products available.Good luck with your builds and I look forward to seeing them.
  17. I don't know or am I familiar with the poster. After futher review I see he is a long standing member,so I woud doubt he would wait four years to do so.But for a quick glance here was my first impression) My initial thought of the topic was that it was an underhanded advertisement by someone affiliated with the particular product. (I'm not implying that was the motive, just suggesting how someone without a clue would perceive it) Of course the internet, especially in forum land, alot of topics, posts can be misconstrued since we have no tone, facial expressions or body language to fully interrupt.Luckily we have EDIT! When it comes to my business I try to smash the competition,no hugs here!
  18. I guess this is a nut and bolt organizer,I picked it up at home depot.I believe it was $20. I only needed one since I don't have a ton of parts. I have utilized all my cardboard boxes into a highly organized stackable storage containment device. I have a box full of wheels broken down into sets in small zip locks. And I use boxes for my spraypaints and airbrush paints.(need some shelves) Also have a box full of photo-etch,flocking and miscellaneous new parts.(I think I will go the pegboard route with this)
  19. Not your typical 55. I like that, your patterns look good and that color combo is sweet.
  20. Laura Croft in a bikini would work. Seriously though this came out sweet.
  21. Training Day! Man that looks killer, and yes the black paint is a statement by itself.
  22. Crazy as a fox, this came out tremendously well.
  23. Darn that sounded good. It was even coming to my town. Lol. The part about taking it apart to send it home didn't make sence since it was flying everywhere else.
