  1. Yes plural, cause singular definitely does not do it justice . Seriously though I could not log in unless I used a capital M.
  2. NNL East score here, except the Hearse from Ebay. I was so shocked and awed at the show that I didn't know what to do with myself, I didn't even come close to spending my budget. Although I did come home with alot of regret, Should have bought MORE! HOW MANY DAYS TIL NEXT YEAR? Some of the kits I did buy are high on my list of wants though, and the prices at the show are great.I may not buy another kit til the next show!
  3. I dont know about a barn find, looks more like someone who cares about go then show
  4. John, I can't get the password to work.I'm not the sharpest tack but I have the spelling of model ***It's capital M,got it.***
  5. Glad your here and hope you continue to be.
  6. Chris,do you have any recommendation on where to purchase the Aoshima wheels?
  7. Jim,I am definitely try polishing it.I hadn't thought of that route and considering I have alot of new polishing material no better time then the present. And if the polishing doesn't work I will heed Andrews advice. Andrew,we're cursed by Murphy and his crazy law,one step forward, two back
  8. Looks good,I especially like the color with the white roof. The undercarriage is like night and day. And I have to give you credit for working with what you have, fresh kits give me a hard time! One of these days I will attempt to correct some of my glue bombs!
  9. Man I thought rich people had porches,I guess they have lanai. Oh well back to my stoop!
  10. The project was already cleared twice,I wonder(I hit the trunk with thinner, it took off the primer and a wee bit of the base color) if I hit it with thinner and a cloth and the spray a fresh coat if I could save it, or is it just easier to purple pond it?
  11. One of the Caddies is from Lynn(turtlerancher),The other three Caddies are from Gasoline Alley, and the Rescue Ambulance is from Ebay.
  12. My work bench, one almost completed model, two fresh from the purple pond with fresh coats of primer,my tv,walls etc. were all victims of a wildly spraying spray can. I accidentally knocked a can of spray primer from my workbench, it fell about three feet onto the concrete floor and punctured! And this is where it fell from, the corner of the bench Luckily I have a abundance of thinner:o
  13. I've liked those wagons ever since they came out.It looks perfect murdered. You do alot in two days!
  14. Nice color, what is it? Oh yeah,White! Don't see that often on models but it sure looks nice.
  15. Awesome!
  16. I dig your ambulance,not something I've seen done before.Very cool.
  17. Looking good Phil.Real nice colors you chose.
  18. Yes your right,I lost track of the days. Time only goes fast when you don't want it to.
  19. One thing I know is if you go to Wayne in a couple weeks it won't matter how many tolls there are cause your going to miss the NNL East. Its in 5 days!
  20. They sell spray booths roughly between $200-$500.The one I have my eye on is made by Pace.I believe pace.com is their website.Others have built there own and I think there may be a tutorial on this site.
  21. Check Model Car Garage.I have a Fox body detail kit from them and remember seeing a few other years available.
  22. There is a kit made by Polar Lights.I have it but haven't buit it yet.I've seen on this forum a few built up some as Mach 5 and others as just the vehicle.
  23. Gregg the site is looking good.I have been checking it here and there since I joined this site and this is really an improvement.I look forward to making some purchases.
  24. Harry said that too,Unfortunately I somehow always end up learning the hard way!
  25. I tried like Harry mentioned and no problem.Well small problem, the Duplicolor I sprayed into a plastic cup melted the cup! So I guess the Duplicolor is to hot for Tamiya to go over. The white marks looked like frost not so much the plastic. Sort of like I hit the paint with thinner.
