Hello.......I built this last year......i started with a junk Revell 1/16 Don Garlits rear engine dragster kit......I modified the frame to fit the engine.....alot of modifications......to many to mention......I used "Pro Tech": braided line,rubber fuel line,gauges,detailing wire,t`fittings,......paint is H.O.K. true blue pearl..... prismal.decals designed by me and "Fuelish Spectator"......alcad and weathering.......the last picture in the 3rd post is the "Sidewinders" twin the "Turbine" T/F Dragster.......thank`s for looking.

Hello.......I decided to use the Ferrari chassis and engine.......I did a lot of modifications for it to work.......I will use bottom front and rear belly pans......the body is close to what I want......I modified the roof a little more and modified the side panels......I made a rear diffuser......and finished up the front spoiler......I will use a combination of the Vette and Ferrari for the interior......this is just a mock-up everything is held together with tape......thank`s for looking.

Jeff........very nice looking body......best i`ve seen.

Mike.......I am the one that is honored........to try and replicate a true work of art........I am going to use the chassis and engine of the Ferrari...... and a mix of the Vette and Ferrari for the interior........I think I might have gotten real close to your body style?........I will post new pictures tomorrow......thank you again for such a beautiful drawing......John

Hi Mike.......i use super glue as well........for small stuff......I like to load up the super glue then sand it down......but,I use 3M acryli-blue for most of the filling after primer.......thank`s.

Jeff.......I used super glue.......and added a piece of styrene in the inside of the joining pillar`s........for extra strength.......then sanded flat......thank`s.

Hello.......I worked on the body today........opened up the fenders for the headlights.......stretched the rear end.......modified the hood and side panels.......lowered the roof line at slight angle.......made a front spoiler but, I need to do a little more work to it.......I also need to do a little work on the roof......the body is still in the ruff stages......thank`s for looking.

Hello.......this is on the work bench.........I was looking thru my GREAT MCM magazines and I came across a "Sketch Pad" article of artist Mike Lomaka`s "Italivette"........well this past year at "GSL" everyone got a free Revell" Penske" Racing model......... and a couple of years ago at the "Citrus Nationals" I won this Revell Ferrari in a raffle.......so since I already have doubles of these models ..........I decide to build mike Lomaka`s "Italivette".........I know I just finished the 'Cosma Ray' Corvettte......but,this really caught my eye........thank`s for looking.
