Hello......this is a replica diorama for the "Thunderflite".......I used a picture frame.....removed the glass.....painted it Dupont red.......added "Remove before Flite" with white rub on letters then clear coat......added a sheet of fabric for carpeting .........made a railing with aluminum rod and styrene......added mirrors.......please check out my outside photo`s as well.......thank`s for looking.

Hello......this is a replica of the "Thunderflite"........I started with a AMT 62 Thunderbird........opened up the doors and trunk........thank you to "Midnightprowler" for providing the glass.......wired and plumbed using "Pro Tech" braided line,gauges,t`fittings,spark plug wire,wire looms,detail wiring,distributor kit,oil breathers,oil filter.......sratch built canopy and modified glass to fit........stretched the body .........major modification to the the body.......alot of other modifications ........lowered suspension...... H.O.K. black with clear coat......then painted alclad......dash and interior Dupont Jarred red......foil .......flocking.......if you would like to see how I built this ......you can see it in the "On the workbench" section under 'Thunderflite"........I will post diorama photos too!.......thank`s for looking.

Hello......thank you all for following this build and all the nice comment`s.......it was a fun project.......I will post finished inside and outside pictures Monday. Skip.... for the carpeting I used " Ken`s Kustom Fuzzi-Fur.".....it comes in different colors and cost around 2 bucks and goes along way. Kanedege......I will handle it very carefully. CrazyJim......you would be surprised on the small amount of Alclad that I use. thank you all again for your support.

Hello......well she is almost finished......I just need to install the glass that Mr. "Midnightprowler" hooked me up with.......thank`s "Midnightprowler"........and I need to touch-up a few little areas.......I am currently working on the display.........I should have finished photo`s in a couple of day`s thank`s for looking.

Hello......engine is installed .........interior is installed.........under carriage is done.........trunk area is almost finished..........all I need to do is finish up the front and rear bumpers.......fine detail wiring and instal the glass.......thank`s for looking.

Hello......I got some Kolor on the car......H.O.K. black with clear coat .......then 2 coats of Alclad.........I am currently working on the interior and engine assembly.....I should have this done by next weekend.......thank`s for looking.

Hello......first ,I would like to say "Happy New Year" to everyone.......and hopefully it will be a good year for all of us........I slowed down on this project for the holidays.....but,now it`s time to Rock and Roll......I primered ,puttied and sanded the body ......primered ,puttied and sanded all the parts........I need to re-putty a few areas and re-primer ......then I will wet sand......I should have paint on this in a couple of days.......thank`s for looking.
