This one started out as a club challenge, the deal was to build it in 8 hours, the catch. . . nobody knew wich model they were going to build until the build day :shock: Well this one didn't make it that day :wink: so I'm trying to finish it (hopefully. . . ) for next month's show.   12. You took the words out of my mouth. . . :shock: I won one of those some time ago on Ebay. It isn't in the best shape it could be, but if they're released again, I'll buy at least 6. . . Also, 87-94 chevy Astro van, 86-93 Mazda b series pick up, 78-82 toyota Starlet, mid 80's Suzuki SA-310(3 cyl. hatchback) and Suzuki L J series jeeps. . . That would do for now, :wink:

  16. I would really like to meet everyone but, I think I've been very lucky so far. . . I met Auguie Hiscano and Mark Gustavson on my first trip to a model show in the US. I also met Ted Lear on that same trip. . . The Show?. . . The first Scenic City Classic back in 2000. The next time I met with Auguie was almost 4 years later in Birmingham, and he remembered my Name! ! ! He really was a Great Man. I'm sure he's watching us from Model car heaven. . .
