I have been researching and currently Ive found a few things for multiple scales. Im looking for parts in 1:12 and ive been looking on ebay mostly. Reason is I want to build another 1:12 mustang detailed out. Lambo doors, sound system etc. Looking for scale braided hoses and just about anything you can find. As for wheels I dont want to be paying just as much for the wheels as I did the kit. Are there any suggestions on where to look? My next stop is Scale Dreams. Im not 100% sure on what Im going to do with the build either... But here are some of my choices Street Racer decked out, or subtle sleeper Weekend runner Or just plain jane Are there other parts in 1:12 scale for Ford and some universal Such as Engine Seats Sound system Screens Fuel Cell etc

There should be a third car then, unless it was the red car. Because not long after the prototype was out someone built a 1:1 replica of the car. I would have to research it some more, I just remember seeing an article in a magazine about it.

I use both the regular satin black and the BBQ black. From krylon. Usually for interiors or as the base itself.

I have, I've backed the needle off nothing happened. Might just be a faulty brush. I tried thinning down testers enamels but that didn't work either.

We got spit compared to that. But we still have feb and march to go through. If it keeps staying like it is. I will think we're in Florida.

Ah that helps, I've tried different things with ab but no avail. Only thing I can get to go through is water. The createx says I need a .5 so what type of paint goes through the smaller diameter brushes. I'm going to get another one eventually and I'll check those types out.

What's the deal with different tips? Different angles? As an cone, fan, flat etc?

I wonder if it's pro built.

I have a siphon fed cheapo. It's a .035 mm. Hard thing to get paint through. I may buy just a body of a brush and build one. And it's looks siphon fed may win, because that's all I'm finding.

My biggest thing is the amount of money to spend. I guess I could shop for a used brush and start there.

Yea, i could. I have a compressor that would work fine. Or I can wait until my bro inlaw gets rid of his lol. 40 bucks is a chunk of change for me in that area. If it had to do with my 1:1 that's a different story. I can't find anything used that seems to be good enough.

I know there are two types, siphon fed and gravity. I also realize that I can have multiple colors ready to go with the siphon fed. So the question lies with the gravity fed gun. I know iwata is a good brand, my bro in law has an iwata compressor and gun. How good is the neo? I don't want to spend 40+ bucks on it and it not allow most paints to go through.

I know no one really cares about my opinion since im not in the top 1% on the board. So ill give my 2 cents anyway. We have a section for "model" car racing, a section for dioramas which is a "model" itself a truck section which is separated totally. and the list can go on. A diecast section would be great. As far as "under glass" I would like to see all models under the glass thats what its there for. I hardly every go to the truck part and sometimes go to the diorama section.

I have a 300c I've working on I need to post pics of the progress.

If there is a die cast section it may push me to get mine done lol. Not disaster like my auto correct added

I had trouble changing mine as well. I just kept fighting with it. And it eventually changed over.

I haven't had any bad trades on here. I do have a list of people that have sent me stuff that I will send parts to if I have them. I do wish that someone would take the mod job so we could have the list back up and running. I would take the job, but I found out I don't get a free kit or a mag subscription for it. Lol

I can control my computer from my iPhone and with my iPad I can look at everything on my computer if I am across the world. Which the first part with controlling my computer. I was messing with my mom inlaw the other day, she thought she was messing things up. I was setting right beside her moving the mouse and typing in stuff and making things disappear. Im really not that technological advanced honestly. I'm increasing in knowledge just about every day that I can though. As far as old technology goes, I love LPs we have a few now. Just now buying them because we got a turntable for Christmas. It has another port that I can actually play cassette tapes. No 8 track though.

It's all political propaganda, cars designed by a team of 5 people coming up with new designs to get people arguing over what cars that well never come out, and if they did we wouldn't be able to buy them. Just kidding but it is amusing to see all the different "brands" of cars start to all look the same. Like the prius it looks like a shrunken astek.
