  7. JEDI PILOT! I painted the pilot to look like Luke Skywalker. Acrylic paint was used for color then I sprayed on some Dullcoat. I found some Instrument Panel decals in a Jet Plane Kit. Instead of using the decals I made copies on the printer in a little smaller size. Then I cut out a section that fit and glued it on the Instrument panel. Here are the Instruments in place. I also applied a light black wash on Luke to add more detail. More Coming...
  8. TAILFIN! I decided to use the Viper Tailfin on the X-Wing Body. I cut 2 plastic strips to fit the recessed area and marked the spots where I will be cutting slots for the Tailfin. I used a cut-off wheel and cut out the slots. Then I glued in the plastic strips and opened up the slots a little more. Here is the Tailfin glued in place! More Coming...

  22. VIPER MX7! The MX7 is made from the Colonial Viper and the Big MPC X-Wing Fighter. The Viper was a Glue Bomb from the 70's, but it came apart very nicely. I will be using the Viper Engines and the main body, with the Detailed Cockpit, from the X-Wing. Here are the Viper Engines. The top center Intake is right behind the Cockpit. Seems like a loud and dangerous position... I am going to build the Viper MX7 with the Engines up-side down, like this... More Coming...
  23. Great Build!
