  1. JEDI NOSE JOB! I decided to Sand down the Ridges on the Nose to give it a Smoother, Sleeker Look. Here it is after a lot of Sanding... I filled the holes with pieces of plastic and glued them in with Zap-A-Gap. Then I used Squadron Putty to fill the gaps. More Coming...
  2. FOUR BIG ONES! I am combining the X-Wing, B-Wing and Tie Wing Engine Technologies for Super High Speeds. The Hyperspace option is also included in this Experimental Racer! The Four Thrusters are from the Star Wars B-Wing Fighter. I am going to mount them on the rear panel of the X-Wing Body. I cut out these areas in the underside for intakes. Fine Brass Screen will probably fill these openings. More Coming...
  3. Thanks Curt! See you at NNL WEST in February...
  4. The 57 Chevy Kit was a partially built Glue Bomb, with several broken & over glued parts. The Hole is where Fast Freddies head was glued in. When the Head was removed it left a hole...
  5. Thanks for sharing Dave! That Video is Great...
  6. Great Builds Brett!
  7. Thanks Richard!
  8. Looks Great Richard! Real Nice Colors & Details...
  9. Great Painting Bobby!
  10. Thanks Johann! Sorry but we are all booked up...
  11. ENGINE MODS! The Supercharger from the 57 Chevy was a little small for this build. I replaced the Kit Engine with a Supercharger from a Corvette Zinger. It is about 20th scale which is just right. Test Fit! I had to remove a little from the Supercharger Belt and it fits right in there! More Coming...
  12. Thanks Chris! So glad you like it...
  13. FREDDY IS READY! I painted Fast Freddy with Acrylic paint and then applied a Tan Wash. I used Flat Black Acrylic paint to fill in the Speakers. Rear View. Side View. More Coming...
  14. Thanks for the kind words Dale! I'm working on a sort of Flash Gordon style Space Ship called the Jedi Tie Wing Racer and a few other things...
  15. INTERIOR COLOR! I had to remove two sections of plastic from the sides of the seats. I did this to clear the Chassis. I painted the Interior with Tamiya Silver Leaf, then applied a few coats of Pactra Candy Red Enamel. I used some Black Acrylic and Black Flocking for the Non-Shiny areas. Here is the Interior with the Flocking applied. More Coming...
  16. Hey Ray! This one will just be a quickie...
  17. Maybe if it's way too thin, you could do a junkyard build with lots of Rust, Damage & Dirt! Thin plastic would be easy to tear up to look damaged and the torn body parts would look better in thin plastic. Just an idea...
  18. Thanks! You just put the Axle through the Holes...
  19. Great Progress! Real Nice Colors...
  20. HERE WE GO! This will be a pretty quick build. I measured the Wings up against the Body and marked the Sections to be removed, to clear the Wings. Here are the Sections cut out. Here is a mock-up to give you an idea of what the Jedi Hybrid Ship will look like. Side View. More Coming...
