For those looking, here is a link to all of Andrey's designs/files.
https://cults3d.com/en/users/Andrey_Bezrodny/design-collections
Each full file is about $28 CDN, so I think that's about $20 US.
Andy's prints look super clean, and VERY well printed.
His time and effort have a cost, and rightfully so.
If you don't have a printer, I'd reach out to him for sure.
OH. I didn’t know that the old Chevy Square Body is available. I remember these custom crew cab duallies when I was in high school. I thought they were just the coolest. What would the cab look like for a six door version?

I got out the MB to find out what would be needed to add the Heller BMW 328 hood and grill, and the MB front fender unit is not there. What a bummer.

I searched that fish sub on eBay . There is one ! Price 299.99 !!!
I’m glad the seller didn’t see that. I got it for a lot less. It wasn’t a case of a car guy with an oddball resin kit. He sold that kind of thing and knew the market.

F-101 and F-111 are just cool airplanes. The Clerget rotary engine will be part of my engine collection. The BMW is for a kit bash that was someone else’s idea from here; BMW hood and grill on the Mercedes-Benz 170V delivery vehicle. It will be a BMW sedan delivery street rod. McLaren M23 James Hunt car from 1976. Two anime kits for my brother. The resin kit is a steampunk submarine that is shaped like a fish. I’m posting a pic of someone else’s completed build. It was a fun way to spend the day.

I would like to see a six-door, dually, long bed pickup. I am completely serious.

A Nailhead? Another great engine for an old school rod or custom. Nice.

A long, long time ago, I would take some minor thing out of someone’s grocery cart when they weren’t looking. Just imagining them getting home and thinking “I KNOW I put X in the cart”. Now I’m just a jerk on the internet.

I read Borg Warner 4speed, but did it go by another name?
Thanks. Lee

Looking for a pair. More is cool, too.

I am going to be honest, I don't know enough about that engine much less any Mercedes engine other than the train wreck of the OM642 that I had.
I found a place that makes transmission adapters. I would love to put a built 6R80 behind it. Let’s talk about a custom scan for that. Not asking for a discount. You have tools and skills that I don’t. There’s value in that.

Aren't we still on for this?
Yes, but the manifold is like a unicorn. Wait, I don’t want a unicorn 😆 And wow am I excited about a model of the M119.
I really wish I could get a look at that manifold. It makes me wonder about cutting up the upper half of the factory manifold to get a supercharger manifold. Making one like in the pic could eliminate the heat soak issue with a supercharger between cylinder banks.

Two sets of Learjet 23 tip tanks sent by Priority Mail. I don’t need anything for them. Just help someone else out when you can.

This magazine has an article by Bob Steinbrunn on detailing a Williams Brothers 1/8 scale engine. It’s a radial, not a rotary, but a cool article nonetheless. I believe he had an article on a rotary, also. He even built a display stand that looks like one that would hold a real engine in a museum.

I copied your address. It would be a good idea remove that info from your post. Someone with bad intentions might use it.

What about all the threads about the MPC Gangbusters kits and their taboo accessories? Or military builds with guns and cannons in the All the rest WIPs/under glass section? I’d say it’s just as goofy to ban all mention of gas stoves or lightbulbs or silverware, but it’s more serious than that; this particular taboo subject in our hands is what enables us to keep our freedom, so that we may have the right to talk about any of these things in the first place.
Just telling you what happened when I posted a pic of a taboo subject I bought with a really pretty crest.

Also the thing that’s in the safe is taboo. You might get threatened with being banned just for mentioning it.
“Barn Find” C-cab street rod from Australia

Just these three pics, for now anyway. This build was started in the 1970s. It got very close to being finished, then it went into storage, where it sat for 45 years. A friend of a friend in Australia bought it and is finishing it up. He contacted be to help find an oil pan for the 1954-1956 Oldsmobile 324 engine. The pulleys with multiple V-belts are a nice touch. I think it’s a pretty cool car and I would like to build a model of it. I’ll ask for more photos.
