  1. Andry glad to see you pull this back out looking forward to see it with BMF
  2. Jeff that more than a little detail on the firewall that looks just like the real deal!!
  3. Well after some checking I have decided that the interior and chassis needed more detail than what JoHan had back in the 70's so I picked up the new rereleased AMT 68 road runner to use as a donor for the chassis, Hemi and tires. From my parts box I'm looking at adding the center consol still open for comments on to use it or not. I cut out the are rests from my last donor 68 Dart and placed them in also have a coat of primer on the body.
  4. Super looking Cuda's I'll be following these builds.
  5. Great looking Cuda so far always liked how the Cudas looked in Plum Crazy Purple.
  6. Thanks again guys yea the 340 would be fun in this car. My brother had a 273 with a 4 speed that was fun.
  7. Thanks for the support I've started sanding some glue blobs that were on the body and going over the panel lines.
  8. This is a JoHan 70 road runner I got off eBay it's been started and was missing bumpers that I picked up from Modelhaus. I'm going with Lemon Twist and MOPAR black and white interior. I will keep the Hemi that came in the kit and will keep it factory stock. This is a special build for me because the only surviving kit I have from my childhood is this kit that I had originally hand painted it Testors yellow with a black interior I was also into using metal axels back then and drilled a hole through the engine on it. About 7 years ago I sprayed it lime green but it will be a then and now comparison when I finish this one. Here's what I'm starting with now.
  9. Thanks Bruce and Charlie, someday I would like to get 3 more sections to add to it.
  10. I find it nice to be able to build our old or current vehicles. Nice build on yours.
  11. Thanks for the comments guys I agree a new tooling would be nice there's a lot of work getting the Dart chassis to fit.
  12. This is the MPC King Cuda kit that came with the 69 front and rear grills and 68 side markers. I originally built it box stock. The rebuild has a 68 conversion kit from Bandit resins, Revell 68 Dart chassis and engine compartment, Ross Gibson 340 and MCW Plymouth Electric Blue with Model Masters gloss clear coat plus Keith Marks decals. WIP is posted in on the work bench. Your comments are always welcome and appreachated.
  13. Finished posting in underglass
