Anyone know what kit the hood on the right is from? 2nd pic shows the underside.
No markings or scrips on it. Was pretty much flat other than the center peak.

Parts are looking good Bill ! I think our 64 had a 3-spoke wheel, but will still order yours.
Your truck bed & wheel base looked about the same length as our truck was before you added onto yours.
I do need to find that picture of it still.

That is a stock rear bumper for a stepside truck.
A fleetside truck, Blazer,Suburban would have this bumper.

I started messing around with one these recently after seeing what you had done.
I would like to recreate the real 76 I had back in the 80's. I unchopped an old builtup Fun Truckin truck,but still might use the later cab parts like you did because mine looks too tall now,lol
Filled in the sunroof, hood scoop hole & redid the hood.
I used the later Courier bed & did a bunch of sanding,etc,to get the correct look. Still not finished.
I started on a grill. I think the headlights look good,so next will be to make the center sections for the 76 year truck.

Looking forward to seeing more progress on your truck soon. Love all the old mini trucks!

Actually, there was a stainless trim available on the Dodge window vans.
The trick in the day was to put the trim on the panel vans for a custom look.
Same thing goes for the trim around the grill. It could be ordered. I think the model kit has it molded in.

These engines came from a friend long ago. I do have a couple other Dyno Don Comet parts, & I just looked online & confirmed that it is from that kit.
The blue one does look to be from a Paddy Wagon kit. Not sure about the other red Ford, but it has to be from another Daniels kit.

Does anyone know if any of these pickups,Monogram or MPC had the rear bumper that matched
the factory stock front bumper?

2 engines are the same. One is molded in red, one in blue.
Other engine has an auto trans. It's molded in red.
Anyone know what kits these may have come in? Thanks for any help. Brad

Love the old Jimmys & Blazers! I built the Bushwhacker as a kid. It's in terrible shape but will get rebuilt.

Amazing what a lil elbow grease can do. Car looks much better. I also have an AMT 65 that is going to get rebuilt.
