  6. These wheelie bars can be used for Funny Car and Pro Mod. These are scale plastic 72 in wheelie bars.Thing you will need. 3/32 tubing (2.4mm) glue clamp X-knife Pin Vice 1/16th drill bit Round file Tweezers Leather punch. Here is my temple and measurement. Cut 3 pcs of 3/32 tubing to 4 1/2 in 3 pcs to 1/2 in 1 pc to 3/8th in Plus 1 pc of 1/16th rod to 1/2 in Take 2 pcs of the 4 1/2 tubes and 1 of 1/2 pcs and the 1 pc of 3/8th and set up un the jig and glue together. Punch out 2 wheels with the leather punch out of 040 scrap plastic, glue together and use a small clamp to hold together for a few minutes. Then drill in the center with the 1/16th drill bit, and then insert the 1/16th rod and center the wheel. Then use the round file and then file out the ends of the 1/2 in. pcs of tubing. ( not to deep ) and glue to the middle og the bars by the center peace. And round file the ends of the bars and add the caster wheel. File the end of the last 4 1/2 in. rod and glue to the 3/8th in. tube at the end of the bars and center your mid 2 bar. and here is your 3 bar wheelie bar.
