  1. Excellent job on that most difficult kit! That car looks show class .
  2. Hi there, Does anyone know if that Ghost of General Lee kit is going to have an Accurate Body? or Am I going to have to swap parts out? which would be very Difficult considering it is suppose to be glow in the Dark.
  3. Nether did I, all they did Was give it a Motion picture style Saucer Section, Sleek out the main hull (Engineering Section), then proceeded to worsen it by giving it two Nacelle Dorsals from the Enterprise E, and then to top it all off Changed the Nacelles to look more sleek. I hated the way that ship looked, which is why I am not going to watch a sequel if they make one. I had seen pictures created by people of a new look to the Enterprise that would have looked a hell of allot better than that JJ Abrahams ship.
  4. Okay nothing more to really report, it is almost complete and will be completed later today! No pics thought as I am not spoiling the Surprise. I will show it to you in the Under Glass topic section soon so expect it later Thank you all for your Comments. My next project to come: '71 Plymouth Hemi Cuda.

  9. Okay thanks for that info guys, I will not buy the Matte Aluminum. This is why I wanted to ask first before taking any action. the BMF I bought had a sticker on the clear plastic that said new and improved? And the Chrome did stick very well. So I will order up the Ultra and see where it goes from there. Thanks again. Well I know about buffing, so I ask how does one buff the BMF? And with what?
  10. Your a fighter! and your doing well on the road to recovery! Keep a positive mental image in your mind about being well and strong and you will will achieve it .
  11. Hello PPL, I am sorry to have to put this question here. I have been enjoying my time with placing the BMF on at least two models with some mistakes , but I am in the learning process. Well I got the the BMF Chrome in the mail the other day and I put it on the '68 Charger I am working on, While It looks really good, I had a thought about how unrealistic it actually looked. To me it just does not look like Chrome but more like the Aluminum foil for home use. I am going to keep the stuff on the Charger but I had an idea for something more realistic, so I went back to BMF's main site and saw that they had some Matte Aluminum, problem is I cannot find a picture of what the stuff looks like, I was able to find a Texture Picture of Matte Aluminum to give me an idea but I was wondering if anyone has worked with the stuff before, and how would you rate it as far as it being more of a realistic look to a model?
  12. Okay Thanks for the Information I am looking at the products right now .
  13. Wow! it looks great so far!

  15. Hi Terry, Yes I remember that stuff from when I was a kid, my mother use to lay it down on the floor after cleaning it . I will have to go and get some soon if I can find it. Okay thanks for the tip vaughn, I will look into Solvaset.
  16. MMM... your half right, I did have trouble with a couple of them on the Nova after applying the wax, but this time around I did not do that. For the Nova, I had just bought the wax so I was in an experimental stage learning how to use it, and I definitely learned something there .
  17. Oh Yeah lots of fun .
  18. Okay now that I am calm . Recently on two of Revell's models that I have been working on or am in the process of working on, I have had allot of trouble with the Decals not sticking. I will end up gluing them on, or just ruining them by way of frustration. Any tips or how toos with the Decals? Also what is the Drying time for decals?

  25. I just watch the film, it is a really good movie, and yes you can hear the screaming of the cars racing down those SanFransisco Streets, oh my gosh that was Awesome . And now that I am thinking about it, the Mustang when switching gears had some sort of double sound what is that about?
