  1. Thx. Dave So basically i should have had my Holes up higher on the brackets? That's what i was kind of figuring. Guess i'm just being to picky to an extent, making notes for next build. So do they usually run small Dia. upper bars and bigger lowers? i.c. a touch long? not following you on this lol. Thx Dude
  2. Nice build, I have been wanting to get one of these kits.
  3. Started messing with the 4-link, Only thing i noticed is my lower bars will not be level like they should be. Not sure where i went wrong or what could have been changed, My ride height is at 7/32" or a hair under. Not sure what a promod ride height is, It's not the end of the world and i realize it's a model but i would like to figure out what i could have changed for reference when i build the next one. It will still looking fine when it is all together. Used RB motion 1508 rod ends and 1/16 x .014 aluminum tube drilled out to fit the ends. would rather have stainless for strength but these seem to be fine.
  4. Nice Wayne, Man you have lots of sanding ahead of you. I don't think i have ever seen a promod Transam, very cool body to do. How many hours do you think you will have in it?
  5. Jim, They look amazing awesome work. can't wait to get them and start on my frontend.
  6. Great news, Thx. to all involved in working on this. I know i will buy some kits as i like the bigger scales better, I like the old school stuff but would also like to see some more modern 1/16th kits in rails, funny's and door cars some day, I know that probably takes alot of R&D and $$. But i bet alot of people would buy them.
  7. WOW, amazing builds. I like the welds he made around the tubes and other parts.Thx. for sharing.
  8. Nice work on the rear, Looks great.
  9. Made a battery, try and holdown, obviously there will be hardware during final assembley. Might make the hold down a tad smaller, Just got some more stuff in from RB motion so i can work on the 4 link and rear some more. Still looking for some small rod for the 4 link.
  10. Nice Job Robert, Looks like it's ready to hit the strip.
  11. Great build, Beautiful paint job.
  12. Love the old gassers, Nice work.
  13. Thx. For the info Jim, thx for sending me more of those bolts.
  14. Nice rail, love the 6 banger.
  15. Those Intake's Look great Dom. You do some very nice work.
  16. Bart: I have acctually seen the steel brakes both ways, but they do have less bolts. Also seen them drilled or just slotted. Allthough they may be older from years ago, I'm not 100% sure.
  17. Chris nice work on the design of the hubs, the wheels turned out great. Jim did an amazing job on them, showed him the weld wheels I wanted and he made it happen, I have lots more goodies coming from Jim can't wait. Trying to find some aluminum, brass or stainless rod to work with the RB motion ends for my 4 link.
  18. Didn't make much progress latley, Put the rear rotors on the hubs and added some cooling holes to them. Only managed to lose one of the small bolts when putting them on the wheels and hubs, Need to order some more. Not sure how i managed only to lose one. Also wet sanded the wheels with 1000 grit then polished them up. Rotors will be painted steel. Hope to have some better updates tommarrow.
  19. Looking good as usual Tyrone, Nice work.
  20. Black with the yellow stripes looks great.
  21. Picked up the new AMT gremlin while at the hobby shop last night. Hope to do a drag or protouring build with it.
