My problem is that the 88C is 1/24, and none of the rear-engine dragster kits are. However, I have a Glidden Pro-Stock T-bird that will be contributing the tries, wheels, and engine (so it's going to be a pro-stock kinda deal. That leaves the trans/rear or as you suggested, a transfer case. I was thinking I might be able to get a transfer case from a suitable Indy car or rear engine super car. If anyone has any ideas with regards to the transfer case (or trans/rear) in 1/24, I'm all ears.
BTW, the transfer case idea is a good approach because the car is so wide, I can probably fit the motor between the tires, even with the headers on it.
