  5. Hi Dave. Thank you for your response. Time done on this isn't so bad. Maybe a total of 30-40 hrs, give or take. I rarely time my builds, so this is just a rough guess. Due to the amount of detail I can understand why folks think it would take me a long time. But I do things in way that is quick and straight forward without getting to iver complicated. I am not a fan of long drawn out processes. I always like to get started on something new. So I tend to get things done quicker. HeHe!!!! Good one. Thank you kindly for your uplifting words.
  6. HeHe!!!! Yep! Lots of details. Glad you approve. Thanks. HaHa!!! Thank you kindly.

  11. Thank you David. Will be looking forward to your build.
  12. I've just added the figures to the dio. Again, I am no figure painting expert, but I always try to give it my utmost best. The figures were bought ready made, but I repainted them differently and because the original painting was not to my liking. I wanted to better the face and skin texture than what the original had. The dog has not been repainted(will do that later), although, I added it just to give the overall appeal to the diorama.
  13. Thank you kindly David. I don't remember, exactly where I got it, but it is this kit; https://www.super-hobby.se/products/Suzuki-Jimny-JA11-5.html.
  14. Thank you Mark.
  15. Thank you David.
  16. I've updated this dio by adding different shades of rust to break the monotone look of the junk in its entirety. I've also added steel rods as a load on top of the Suzuki. I've also added other smaller details here and there and add more interest to an otherwise mute theme. added more photos of different junk piles from different sites around the world. Added a name tag made out of foam. If you've seen the first load of photos I put up, you will then see the small changes I have made. I will add the figures as soon as I have done painting them. Thanks for looking.
  17. Much appreciated Tom.
  18. Appreciate your vote of confidence David. Thank you too David. Glad you liked the images.
  19. Hehe! Working on it.
  20. Thank you Mike.
  21. Awwwww!!!! Very kind of you to say. Thank you.
  22. Thank you for tje suggestion about thr VW. You are right. I'll see what I can do. The photo that inspired this is at the other side of the diorama. The ones in the photos above, are several images that show different types of metal parts look. In fact there are photos of just rims, others with just bolts and other with just I beams. So there are different variations. Glad you like the build. I am still adding more scrap here and there. There will be a load on top of the Suzuki(working on it at the moment). So the dio will have a slightly different look the next time you see it.
  23. Glad you approve. thank you.
  24. Thanks.
