One of my fathers day gifts came today, the photobooth

Here is my 50 Old's build for this months club theme, now, the side view mirror fell off, and I need to get it back on, now, I am sure you are wondering about the name, well Agent G nicknamed it Barney , I did not pick out the color , the boss lady did, its Tamiya lavander, with Tamiya Pearl clear coat over it. I like the Graphite dust, to me, the flakes dont seem to be to big in that one , well at least not the cans I have used

All the colors are, some dont seem as bad others Made that mistake as and used that one too

Started on the interior, I used Testors sea blue A/B, to its looks like a close match, it could be completely wrong though

I have done a little bit more work, not a lot, finished up the engine for the most part, I repainted the valve covers and intake to a more correct color of silver-ish grey And painted the body, I used Tamiya pure white and the body after a quick polish, no clear, dont need it to be all nice shiny, and got the black trim painted, I have some area that need to be cleaned up, touched up

Have not done much, but I get a lot of work on the engine done, I used Tamiya XF66 light grey, and alcald on the trans stripped as much as I could from the wheels body in first round of primer, removed the mold lines, accent the panel lines and I got the spotlight hole drilled out, and another round of white primer and chassis in primer

You can use white flocking and put it on first and then paint it

It depends on what type of paint you are stripping

Red , just like purple can be a hard color to get the true shade to show up in photos, unless you have the right lighting
