Revell Shelby GT500 and Shelby GT350H kits
Nick F40 replied to gasman's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
well, of course the engine whould be different, the stock is a 4.6 and the GT500 is a 5.4 and supercharged, basically a GT motor. it seems like they all come with those BFG G Forces, I don't think the stock Mustangs come with those and all the tuners tires are rubberbands and seems to be either Proxes or Yokohams -
Yes I figured this Can Am? looked real!
-
me likey, a lot lot lot!
-
now THAT is my kind of cobra!
-
Audi did it for Group B! can't you just use the diesel block?
-
have that video and love it, thanks Chris! Oh yeah, I like that it's the loudest one. still there everywhere with turbos the Furai? or you mean RX8 which I think you mean but yeah, I've heard of that, that's pretty sweet and impressive! I want it!
-
Oh my god, don't get me started on the 787B, one of my favorites love the sound love the car, still the only Japanese manufacter to win at the 24 Heures Du Man. Love the sound of the 3 and 4 rotors, did you watch that Bugeye video? yeah! you hear of Scoot Sports? I love this sound That Bimmer sounds sweet Yeah same here, it seem like all and everybody twin turbos a 2JZ, yeah they are sweet motors and can make power but that's all the people do, it isn't hard now to make 1000hp from the 2JZ. They are like the late model Camaros and Fox bodys, they are everywhere in drag racing and so common and anybody can make 500+hp out of them, that's why I and other people get bored when we see them but it takes talent to make 500+ from a rotary or an Audi 5 cylinder
-
nice one Chris! oh yes, that's my guys yeah I know, me to it's perfect for the GT cars!
-
Pleased to meet you, I think you'll enjoy it here, this is a great site with great people. I like all of them, the Mustang is pretty sweet but that Focus, that is cool, haven't really seen that done and yours looks decent with all the fabricated parts. Love the paint job too, something about the red, white, and blue....mmmm Martini's coming to mind! and you got the Photobucket thing down so I don't need to do that speech but just try, if your on the macro setting, if you are, be very still and make sure your focus is right

so...ya still killed it! ya Mazda killer! It is DP only race tonight and the ALMS lizards don't race till Sunday!?
-
Oh yes this is a great site! Well, I am a rotor head even though I don't own one but, I love them things. You can make so much power in that little engine. Yes, they are a unique sounding engine, I love it, I like the 3 and 4 rotors more but I love them all! You either love it or hate it, literally! To make all that power in those little engines takes talent and skill and I give props to all the people who do that and Kurt, I give you props also. Australia and Puerto Rico have the best rotarys. When it comes to info though, don't listen to Chris for obvious reasons. I love this video, I want to do this to our Bugeye and since I'm a fan of drifting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DB87XnSEe8I and I am a huge fan of sports car racing and Rolex so, I've been rooting for Speedsource anymore rotary videos you want me to post?
-
way to go Chris!
-
Don't see too many SVO's Well Kurt, you'll soon find out why I love your cars. I LOVE the old Mazdas and that RX2 is always one of my favorites and your looks pretty sweet, any of the engine? 2 rotor? I love wagons and I love Mazdas so this is perfect and it's rotary that's pretty rare but always loved that Estate. Well, your in Australia which is sweet, love the name, and you guys have some sweet rotarys down there, down unda....sorry had to do it. How old were you?
-
yeah, its sad though, the big series can't but the nationwide guys can... GOOD, I hope they do all those changes
-
okey dokey Chris

Yeah I certainly wish! I loved it also and it has me definetly interested. NASCAR just doesn't think things through. I totally forgot about that, is it this weekend? Well, the Glen is one of my favorite road courses and the only real reason I like to watch NASCAR, that race, so it should be go and I hope it rains or pours so they can race again! I just love the wipers and tailights! Oh yes, it was Carl and I was cracking up, that was AWSOME, he is definetly my hero after that! See, that shows skill and creativity and excitement which to me NASCAR lacks. Heck, even he said it was fun and he would love to do this again because it was so much fun, he just wishes they would fully develop rain tires.

Just because a few asian companies can build incredible cars doesn't mean all of them can! ahh I did see pictures of that Jay, the first one is a 55 Mercury D-528, it was a prototype and was an experiment basically, had an all fiberglass body and a prototype Y block motor XY-3 the second is a 1962 Ford/Mercury Cougar concept, I like the back of these Chris it is a KIA Opirus/Amanti in america, has a 3.5LV6, weird and ugly name and so is the car but yes it is
-
Chris, you nailed it! Jay is that a KIA or Hyundai? Not sure about the custom or concept.....
-
same here, simply beautiful
-
oh ok, well now I know that good job Dub!
-
your on the right track
-

Yeah geez, what a surprise! It's beautiful though, you know I love it! great job on it Antonio I love the rear TE37's look great on this, beatiful and clean, love the color and the green, and everything else on it. It reminds me of the Top Secret one I built....dang I need to get another Skyline kit.... I envy your Skyline collection especially that blue one, 72? Your missing a KPGC110 GT-R and C211 2000 GT-E and the R30 and R31, what the heck?? just kidding man
