Wow, this really turned out great! I love all the details and I hope mine comes out as nice. It looks really neat in the sun. You coming to the picnic?

Well got some updates, finished the front suspension man, the front crossbrace for the arms and the steering bar was tricky first I glued it on as one unit but then found out it would go down in the slot right and cause the whole suspension to not fit in the holes and of course you have to keep the wheels straight to keep them out of the way and you have to put the notches in the arms where they can turn and you have to put all this in, well it was a fiasco the first time, luckily not much paint scraped off and I took off the front crossbrace and just glued everything else on and put in the brace afterward, and a little touch up....... just to have posable steering, it still rubs a tad but it is fine now that is one item you have to watch out for more updates soon, exhasut wheels, rear suspension, etc. thanks for looking

I saw it first but didn't get time to be the first one to post, but followed this thing from the very beginning and this turned out AMAZING, I love the way this turned out and that you made it through decal hell. I always adore your work and I love those Penske Porsches so this is probably my favorite of yours...even though I haven't seen all your work.......but then again you did that 550LM, but you didn't do a Risi so but probably my favorite ALMS P1 and 2 car to date I want it and Porsche's are OK I wouldn't mind getting that R10, looks like fun. Don't forget Mid Ohio

hey, what's wrong with Road and Track hey..you found it! I also saw the same pic somewhere else and they said 944, but that says 924 WHICH ONE IS IT!!! Alright Euro boy, you both have good reasons Who would want a Porsche anyways? I did kind of notice that though

Yes, Skyline, yes Nissan and when Datsun was around. The Skyline's been around since the 50's. Probably '72 nowadays they have no style Yes this was a mianly JDM car but was known worldwide for all the races it won, I think 58 here's a good video of one, turn it up!! GOTTA love a straight six with triple Webers sequential..shmequential psssh when you had no traction and stability control, you learned how to DRIVE and SHIFT

This is amazing Brendan! I envy your decal...or camera skills!
-
you are amazing....I can't wait I used all Tamiya paints except for what i'll tell you soo. The block was painted in Falt Aluminum then I just brushed the whole thing with black detail wash which gave it that green-yellow tint. For the transmission of course the end cover is just Gun Metal but the transmission I used my Turn Signal Amber mixed in with Semi Gloss Black and Gun Metal and I just put a drop of each and mixed them together and it gave that color.

I guess I can give you that but another source says an early 944? yeah but imports?

-

That is why it's going to be a street car, besides, the decals that go on the sides and hood are messed up, so I'm going to put some, just not everything

I know it's hard for some of you to believe, that I'm posting something in here. I'm glad to get back, too much talkin on here I have also been helping out with my dad, some of you know, he had a bad fall and had to get hip surgery. I've decided it's going to be more of a street car so no Chris, I won't have to do the decals! No PIAA, well maybe some.... So far I got the front suspension done, except for the brakes, and arms and such and got the engine in For the exhaust heat wrapping, I cut a small piece of those AAA stickers you get in the mail, on the patterned section and cut it out, it's nice because all you do is stick it on and it's the right thickness too. I cut and sanded teeth out, didn't really like the look of the grill it has, it has two small openings on each side rear shot a couple mock ups, the exhaust and wheels still need to be silver and the brakes still need to be installed...that's coming tomorrow! I am also thinking of an engine, I do have the one in already but I also have a B16/18 from the Civic kit, I think the real motor is a destroked ITBd H22a straight racing motor, but they might have used the F and D series, the F series was known for racing also, but anyway same heads, but I need to somehow make ITB's....so I need suggestions on that if I am going to do it... I'm so far going with Dupli Color Avignon Blue Metallic, but I also have a Dupli Color green, not sure about the name, but should I go with the blue? here are more pics if you want to check them out. http://s131.photobucket.com/albums/p287/Ni.../JTCC%20Accord/ Enjoy mates!
