  1. That is one sexy babe!! and this one is in my all time favorites. Like what Bill said, something just yells REAL to me. I am a Ferrari guy at heart, very few people find that out.
  2. When I saw the title, I almost dropped to the floor laughing...in excitement! I NEVER see these done and rarely see the kit, love the wheels, and of course it's METALLIC BLUE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! I always loved the hidden beauty in these cars and loved them with the wide body Tupperware and they were high class in Group B and I just love these little French buggers. Thank you. I want one in real life.....soooo bad.................I KNOW THEY ARE....but still!!!
  3. My absolute FAVORITE sport and race bike of all time. I always loved the Minolta scheme, hey, it's blue, so this is my favorites. Professional work. Always will love it Brendan, you got my style and interests!
  4. Which is EXACTLY why I love it. I always loved AMC and this is right on the money and very well done, it turned out great. I knew you would have posted.
  5. Well, as I posted on one in the Workbench, I'll post on this one too. I love it and it is certainly green! Very nicely detailed and it turned out beautifully.
  6. Like what Cruz said, me too, as I am a bit into MotoGP and AMA Superbikes myself! Those shocks look real and the whole swingarm/brake/wheel looks amazing and that exhaust discoloration is amazement to me because I love the look and the colors are perfect and yours looks like real discoloration, I would love to do it to my PIAA Accord I'm building but I need an airbrush though!
  7. I like the cloth, but what about when it starts riping, what happens.......................................................what's underneath? I just love the headlights!!
  8. THAT IS AWSOME!!! I would love a Fiero.
  9. That's easy, I have it in my pics....I think. Is it a Moskvich? 1956 only like 2 built and were apparently made for racing and didn't do too hot and was redesigned and remade for 1959 kinda the predecessor of the G1....405..I'm pretty sure. It's Russian right? something a little NEWER, and with Dub screaming NEXT, HERE YA GO!! GEEZ!!
  10. Chris, Supercars Exposed, I don't think is geared toward that, it's more of a show that just caters to Supercars, just showing them off, not a general car show. I like Tanner Foust, which is also the host of that show, he is a very talented and winning driftter.
  11. Jarius, stretchmarks galore! I see a Z4 look to it.
  12. Those tail lights look Mercedes kinda 190ish. Is it a C111?
  13. Looking forward to this. Deep dish Minilites would look GREAT.
  14. Wow, you are very lucky and that guy is very lucky. Nice conversion and wheel choice. You were hanging around with the wrong people, you get the right sites and forums and magazines and hang around the right people, especaially at hillclimbs or SCCA events, look at me! and other guys at this forum, heck I saw a Starlet RUN at a local hillclimb. Tube chassis is cool in a sense but not for that car and NO to the chevy not in there, your original choice was better, well, you don't realize but you made a huge mistake and that was a perfect foundation. Although, a 64 GTO is always nice and I love them so, it's good. The Starlet better have been takin care of and still out there!
  15. ...how...........in...the hell did you guess that??? You know bikes? You are right and even on the 600! Yes, it is a project customer bike for RaceFit's Growler. Ok, now THAT I laughed at, I like that one Dub, good one. "inhale" OH, IT BURNS! We got some mighty fine beans and chilli up here.
  16. Yeah yeah, the F40 was a race car for the street, REAL race cars aren't supposed to be easy to drive on the streets! I love the 550, something about the styling and that engine, and that it's in the FRONT I always loved and of course the GT versions. What you mean SOME? They ALL were sexy.....even ALL earlier Porsches. I agree on the P330.
  17. That whine is just crazy.... you had a Starlet...SWEET....peer pressure blows There is just something about it that I love and even after the high dollar sponsers and all that, the drivers STILL know how to drive and are competitive and has the spririt, only a few deliver that of the WRC standards.... besides rally...LeMans, Touring cars, Sports car racing, etc...... I love the Starlet video showing that almost anything can be rallyed and that car just looks like gobs of fun and looks like it might take some skill. That one video of Group B is what the meaning is of what I've been saying all along, that part where the Quattro lifted off the ground over the jump, that has no words...doing that and keeping it under control is mind blowing, those guys must have trouble sitting. I have one posted up and it shows Walter Rohl driving his Manta and near the end he crested a hill and his car got loose at about 165 kph and he just corrects it and is startled but keeps on going, nowadays, most would crash or probably have a caution. It just shows the brute POWER of the car, it even had all wheel drive and the air still lifting it off the ground, when the front wheel is TRYING to get traction, incredible, well I guess with over 500bhp and no traction or stability control and they didn't have the braking sytem abilities as we do now or the diffs and the biggest thing which race cars, even in todays finest sports car racing, Group B cars didn't have sequential gearboxes, na ahh, FULL STANDARD MANUAL RACING TRANSMISSIONS. To put that into perspective and think about that compared to today, the "technology" and engineering in a way, was a HELL of alot more in those cars. The banning was just a look at what they produced and set the foundation, it is outstanding, To find that nowadys, good luck. Now the WRC cars of today are just as fast and advanced as they were back then so it really hasn't changed too much, although the power was big, the Delta S4 could go 0-60 in 2.4 sec. and the WRX rally car could go 0-60 in 3.8 sec., heck I even heard some did 2.8 sec. still very ###### quick and the specs dropped from the 07 to 08 but to do less than 3 in GRAVEL..........speechless AND they LOOKED LIKE THE ACTUAL PRODUCTION CAR and guess what? THEY STILL DO! Supposedly I read that Walter Rohl said the S1 could reach 322KPH, they tested a WRX rally car with 600BHP and it reached 192MPH. The 2008 WRC Impreza motor cranks out 300 hp, four less than the JDM production car, but 479 lb-ft of torque......168 more than the stock car. THAT'S impressive, and an IMPORT makes TORQUE??? NOOOO!!!! And with that much power, it weighs in at 2711 pounds, nearly 550 less than the WRX STI. So yeah, it MOVES! See you don't need 1,000 to go fast, this thing could SPANK a Supra or Camaro or even an Enzo, and with the right gearing, with speed too, give the Enzo a run for it's money. Still though, you want the BEST?................rally in the 70's.
  18. exactly as to why I love rally and that it is the most hardcore and ballsiest motorsport there is even TODAY.. of course since it drew huge crowds, they got out of hand and greatly influenced the banning of Group B along with the deaths very sadly...these were deemed "too fast to race". At a post race inspection, Henri Toivonen's Delta S4 had things sticking out of the splitters and grills, he wondered what they were and found out that they were finger tips, the fans wanted to "touch" the cars as they went by and.........he said "I have never seen anything like that in my whole FIA rally career with my Lancia Delta" that is how hardcore it was.......yeah.... here is a FABULOUS reference on the drivers and pictures, very informative... your comment on the TRUE FANS, you just don't see that anymore.......racing isn't as fun as it was.....it's not like we can't go back to those days and relive em and have fans like that.
  19. Well, thank you sir.....I like that it's not yellow! Very great detail and fantastic model, I adore your skills and craftsmanship.. Hey Ismael guess what color I'm doing mine?
  20. I was asking you mister this was my first car! I actually guessed 88, but I WAS CLOSE!! yeah, I though I'd post one up. any of you know bikes?
  21. you wanna talk about whine........this is ear splitting but I LOVE IT!!
  22. Ooook, will do.....Mr. KNOW IT ALL!!!!
  23. Now THAT is a sweet Porsche, love the style, I love any rally Porsche...actually any rally car... Don't get me wrong I do love Porsches Chris! You'll love this one, I think it's hilarious.
