    No pics but I pulled the crank and rods outta the 400 I'm getting ready to build. Next stop hot tank! Then mag to check for cracks.

    That. Is. Awesome. And I typically *hate* Woody's Someone needs to build this in 1:1. Perfect proportions, perfect interior. Engine has the perfect amount of screwball factor, perfect stance... it's perfect!

    The sportsman kit from revell? I haven't built it but I have built the 55 chevy version. Its good, bit fiddly at times but well detailed and fits well.

    i know the fuelie was available. the kit however is said to supposed to be the dual quad.

    Top fuelers are in the 9-10k HP range. But that's on nitro. Moran's is a very conservative (his words) estimated 4400 on alcohol! Which is pretty insane.

    Want to see what push rods are capable of? Take a look at mike Moran's 10 thousand rpm, 55 psi twin turbo , 4400 HP monster. Not bad for "obsolete"
