Those covers are actually chevy, w/pmd decals in the center. that's about as close to factory as I or Tom could find. Digging for part's is toooooo much fun. Michaelj...

Just in case any body is curious, the hood is resin ,I cut the opening's and screened them. The moter came in the kit (option), DUPLICOLOR primer grey w/ DUPL. effects clear. sorry --had a brain gag on the color ! Thanx for the comment's guy's... Michaelj...

HEY JIM--The T/A this was built from also had seperate effects pkg. on it (now bagged for another prog.) But I had to fill and smooth the t-tops&shaker opening,and had to hunt down parts for factory look -(wheels, rims, steering wheel .shifter,etc.) .This kit had none to work with. I did how ever use the shaker on my 69 T/A.. The FIRE BIRD was a real learning challenge for me, since I build so few replica's(HA-HA normal)!!!! I've also met quite a few people who really like the old t.v.serie's car's. I love stories like that , THANX... Michaelj...
